The server woman was a real gem - friendly, attentive - a real service-oriented person! The front desk staff made change for me, and I received a couple texts asking if everything was going well. I was made to feel welcome, and that I could ask for anything.

The refrigerator in my room was too cold, freezing three pops that ended up exploding everywhere. :(

This is a great property not far from the U of M north campus and our family. The staff was helpful, welcoming and efficient. The room was great and backed to a quiet courtyard overlooking the pool, which reopened while we were there and was loads of fun. It was also fairly sound proof, even with thunder outdoors, we were able to sleep very comfortably.

We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food and the staff were very attentive even though it was a self serve buffet. The room was spacious with good heat control and a decent T.V. Although my stay was short the receptionist made a big impression and I'm annoyed I never got her name to pass onto the management. She was on when I arrived late at night after 23 hours travelling and really lifted my mood with her warm welcome and again greeted me very warmly when I came down for breakfast.

I had a very short stay so wouldn't comment. Arrived at midnight and left at 08.00.

I liked the area off from the lobby. Made it easy to sit down with my client and work.

The customer rep at the front desk could have been more welcoming - like smile at me. It was an hour drive through a snow storm. Given the struggle to get to your property, I would have appreciated a warm welcome.

Hotel was busy and had an Avis/Budget car rental office which I didn't know about before ,but was fantastic. We were able to do car rental things there, instead of having to drive to the Detroit airport.

It was fine. We were there to see the University of Michigan, so it was a bit of a drive to get back and forth, but that was fine. Just not ideal.

The staff was really helpful and the property is well-maintained.

Couple of things I did not appreciate: 1. Our room was located over the laundry room. We heard the washer running the whole time 2. It was very expensive for the facilities it provided and the city it was located in. 3. Water in the shower did not heat up for a good 5 min 4. The hot tub did not work well because it wasn't filled to the correct level

Very clean facility and room with super comfortable beds. Great on-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Loved that! Bathroom was tight but very nice. Plush towels. Nice exercise room!Will stay again

Jackhammer construction, in the pool area was near the room. That was only for one day.. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The freezer was not usable due to ice buildip.

I loved the luxury, from the cozy room, huge fluffy towels, comfortable bed and down pillows to the full service restaurant and clean pool! I needed this and I really enjoyed myself!

It was a little pricey, but the luxuries showed me that it was worth it.

Room fine, bathroom small but adequate. Bed comfortable, location easy to access. Staff friendly. Had to move rooms because of heating issues and they comped us a breakfast .

Breakfast was standard lackluster hotel fare. Housekeeping doesn't check in-shower dispensers, have to notify front desk. Otherwise plenty of toiletries.

Location, quietness , bar A met a very gentle respecting GM who was very cooperative.

My room was the last in a long corridor. I think it should not be given to seniors. At least a small drinking water inside room for new guest would be highly appropriated .
