Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything was clean and well lighted. The fitness room was wonderful after and before the long drive from an back to home. The beds were very comfortable. I could see the clinic we came for from our window. Decent range of restaurants and shops even under a mile away. One night we watched a pair of egrets, and the next night three deer, on the lawn just beyond the back parking lot. Our family on a budget greatly appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in the room.

I would have appreciated printed materials on things to do and see in the area, restaurants and shopping nearby, etc.. The front desk might have had it if I had asked.

Everything was great at the hotel. The lady at the desk was simply the best. She helped us get a room when booking.com screwed us!!!!

Booking.com gave me a confirmation number, and when we arrived, had no room reserved for us. My wife is handicapped and this is beyond words of unacceptable!!! I will never use booking.com again and have no problem telling everyone I know about this herendous experience To booking.com, thank you for absolutely nothing.

This stay was phenomenal! It gave you the WOW factor. Everything is so fresh and new. Extremely spacious. Bathroom had so much room. Beds so comfortable. Extra space to sit and relax. Lighting was exceptional in what area needed light it had it. It didn’t matter where you parked - easy access to the building and short distance to elevators. Very convenient in so many ways!

Only thing I can comment on was that Coffee pot in room broken. It wouldn’t run water thru it.

Being charged another 20.00 for a new tax per the clerk at front desk This was not disclosed at time of booking room. Clerk may be defrauding customers, but no one mentioned new tax adding cost to a low booking price.. I may have made the reservation somewhere else if I had known, but to late if you don't stay they already have your money

My husband and I were in the area to visit family. We had stayed at this hotel previously, but everything has been updated, and it was obvious from the moment we walked into the lobby. Kyle M welcomed us. Kyle was upbeat and professional. The lobby was bright, clean and smelled fresh. The entire hotel was clean and well cared for. Our room was large and comfortable, and secure. We will absolutely be back again!

The staff was great!! Derek the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and responded to every our request. The location was very nice and in quiet area.

The bad was too soft for my opinion. The breakfast was nice but not too many options and repeated day after day.

Marcus was exceptional, knowledgeable , attentive and professional. All the staff were courteous and dutiful each day.A very friendly place that was a pleasant experience away from home. Very clean!!!! We will stay there again. Top notch. Great breakfast and all around great experience. Place to stay if your traveling in the Brighton area.......

Very clean place and hot breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc. Bed exceptionally comfortable!
