Comfortable large rooms

I called the front desk when I was away from there and asked if housekeeping could put sheets on my bed and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. So I asked if they could leave the sheets that would make the bed myself. A few hours later! I arrived, and housekeeping was on the floor cleaning rooms. My room was never touched. I had to make my own bed, and I did take towels and wash clothes off the cart. I had purchased the room for my son and daughter in law to stay. but they left, and I wanted fresh linens.

The property was conveniently located for our visit. The staff upon registration was friendly and helpful. Coffee and breakfast choices were excellent. Restaurant next door..Lucky Steakhouse was wonderful.

the toilet was too low and hard to get up from as I'm a senior with a bad hip and knee. No bars to hold on to. Wish I had known prior to checkout that stools were available to get into the very high beds. Next time I will inquire about an accessible room.

The staff was awesome, the bed was very comfy and the pillows on the bed varied in softness (so you could choose soft or firm). There was shopping and eats close by. I would definitely stay there again!

The only thing I didn't like was the sausage they served for breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and well lit, and the location was close to everything we needed. Within 10 minutes of multiple food options, shopping areas, and the venue for the wedding we came to town to attend.

The pool closed very early, breakfast ended early, and there was only one elevator which was odd and our pregnant guest had a room at the complete opposite end so she ended up taking the stairs.

The sheets and bedding were soft and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was close to the highway and convenient to everything. Manager was helpful with a booking issue, we appreciated her help!

Room and bathroom could use a deep clean/dusting. I did not eat the breakfast. I would have appreciated a better coffee selection in the room and a place to get bottled water closer tot he room would have been an added bonus.

Beds comfortable, breakfast set up and options very good. Staff was nice and helpful

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. There was mold around the shower handles and shower head was not clean. Other than the tub/shower area the rest of bathroom was clean.

Stayed two nights and had zero issues! Very welcoming and friendly staff, very clean inside and out. Start your morning with a good cup of coffee and a hot breakfast, what more can you ask for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was comfy. The morning clerk was sweet and personable. The couple of arcade games are a bonus

Evening staff was preoccupied on a video call and very dismissive during checkin. The elevators are filthy and smell.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect for my young family and the breakfast in the morning was perfect for my young family.

Honestly, have nothing to say about not liking our stay was great.

The price was right. Continental breakfast was good enough.

Young people running down the hallway at 11 pm and again at 7am. The walls were pretty thin as at 7 am my neighbors were talking and I could hear what they were saying. I’d place your room on the 2nd floor to avoid noise in your room as the floor noise as people going down the hallway was noticeable.
