Location was great for our purposes. The neighborhood vibe was acceptable. See comments below. The restaurant staff were very courteous and friendly. Hotel staff were also friendly and courteous. Food was very good. We ate breakfast on two occasions.

Many homeless people were present. Further, street noise extended into the night and could be heard. No parking for hotel residents. You must pay for you parking. Not convenient.

I like the way I was greeted by the Valet and at the front desk. They were both very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I did not like the fact that there was no place for me to park my car, while I checked in and took my stuff to my room. I also did not like that on check out the lady at the desk did not seem interested in helping me get my car, and that the only option was to use the app.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was really nice!

It took 30 minutes just to receive my breakfast I had been waiting and waiting I almost gave up on it altogether! My room didn’t have a sofa to sit on! That was difficult being that it was as only one desk chair and no sofa with multiple people staying in a dbl queen bed room!

Never have any complaints this is my go to when visiting family in Flint. Convenient location staff are always friendly and helpful valet attendants are super professional and prompt. Rooms are very decent and clean.

The bathroom barn style door seemed a bit unstable but i liked it overall.

The staff was extremely helpful, we had never been to flint, or dealt with parking in a city. They helped with everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and the restaurant on site is amazing. Also, the snacks for sale in the lobby were a godsend when we got hungry in the middle of the night. Everything was perfect, would recommend to anyone visiting Flint.

Didn’t like that there was no pool. Also $20 for valet parking is kinda a lot. If not I’m paying 5 dollars for parking. This would such for anyone who had to be in and out for meeting

The meal package was nice we enjoyed the wait staff at the restaurant as well.

I didn’t like the fact that valets were standing around and I still had to go and get my vehicle or whatever because valet service was expensive.

Nice big bed! It was in a convenient location. Great staff. Awesome kitchen. Good food. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Flint area to book a night at the Hilton Garden Inn

Modern and clean facility with interesting history. Prior bank and vault was converted into restaurant space. Architecturally appealing. Wonderful hotel staff and valet staff!

The service was great with friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was no coffee cups in the room for the coffee that was provided and nothing with the WiFi password on it. Neither will keep me from coming back. When I travel to Flint again I will stay here again.
