The people. The lady at the breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She made a point to greet each and every person who came in. Our room was spotless and very clean.

Our bathtub was extremely slippery when using the shower. I tried to hang on to the handicap bar as much as possible but took a short shower to get out. I was very afraid of falling and ruining my trip.

The breakfast area was great, very clean and spacious. My daughter and I had oatmeal and the topping selection was on point. The gym was clean and also had a good number of treadmills and weights to choose from.

The only downfall about the stay breakfast, was the eggs. They were very watery to the point of being inedible.

The staff was fantastic -- always polite, cheerful and helpful. This really helped as it was a difficult trip (I was visiting a sick family member at the hospital nearby every day). Breakfast was much better than what one can usually find at this price point. Room was spacious and bright and spotlessly clean.

Other guests coming back late on Friday and Saturday nights.

The breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold options. This is important to me since I react to gluten and soy. We enjoyed some time in the pool and were pleased with our stay.

The noise coming in from the hallway was disturbing when I was trying to fall asleep. Sound proofing could be better.

The staff were great and the area was nice.

Although it was pretty clean the bathroom needs a deep clean. The grout around the tub was dirty and the shower curtain needed to be washed or replaced.

Location; newness; modern; very clean

Towel service & trash pickup;extra toilet paper. Request for clean towels on Sunday; not delivered. Request again Mon morning for towels & garbage emptying. Left for the day returned 10 pm towels outside my door, no trash pickup. Said tomorrow to remove “do not disturb.”Called Tues morning said they were upstairs cleaning would take care of me when they got to 1st floor. Left for the day (sign removed) returned to overflowing trash & pile of 5 days wet towels on the floor. Liked my stay otherwise: just disappointed that a 5 nite stay didn’t get better than that. Oh-ran to Kroger for a roll of tp!!!

Extra TP in rooms. Took time to get the key cards to work. Electric car parking took up too much of good parking. Cars are parked too close together

The staff was awesome! The hotel seemed very clean and nice. It was close to many stores, restaurants and more.

Parking was a bit hard to find. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was only a desk chair. We both lie to sit in a chair to watch TV and it appeared that an "easy" chair was missing from the room.
