Close to the main road, it was extremely clean and comfortable. Pool was good and the staff could talk your ear off if you let them ( good thing not bad at all - very friendly). Nothing really bad to say other than it was a bit pricey BUT I would say it’s worth the price. They had a little snack area where u could buy stuff which was well stocked and not too expensive and I didn’t get to try the breakfast but I’m sure it was pretty good. Front desk seemed to be staffed 24/7.

Not much really. Annoyingly which isn’t really a big deal, but the front doors don’t open til 6 so you had to take the side doors out. Could turn into a good thing due to safety but other than that there was nothing I didn’t like

This hotel is a comfortable, safe, and roomy hotel. Staff are very friendly and kind. They all work to make us comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the staff who work in the breakfast room are quite accommodating, too. This hotel sparkles, in all areas. We will definitely stay here the next time we have the need in Lapeer, MI.

I went to breakfast at the same time as I did the day before the lady behind the desk behind desh just not tell 7 I don't understand why you would have different breakfast hours that was my last impression of your hotel it will make us think about other places before booking with holiday Inn

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a good sleep because the hotel is in a quiet location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and the person in the breakfast room wiped all surfaces frequently.

It appears that there was some cosmetic work being done, so the front desk area wasn’t appealing compared to the rest of the hotel. There were two buckets in the hallway near the pool apparently collecting ?water?

Location was good. Staff was excellent. Very clean and tidy. For the going rates these days the oven to make breakfast should be available. Should have been repaired and ready for a huge day for a wedding which we were part of. 

The parking lot was terrible. It was in poor condition with huge potholes! The hot breakfast was not available both mornings. He said the oven was broken. 

Clean and friendly. Awesome breakfast and we played a board game in the lobby both nights. The lady at the desk was so much fun and very knowledgeable. All in all it was a wonderful experience !

The location was very good, easy to find, and close to where I was conducting business.

I would say the 7 inches of snow overnight was pretty bad.

Staff was friendly. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The price was average for Lapeer

The pool was ice cold. We chose this location so my grand daughter could swim after after just a few minutes her teeth were literally chattering.
