Peaceful, you cannot hear the other guests in their rooms like other hotels. And we didnt get no complaints about the kids. The rooms are big and the view is gorgeous. We loved the courtyard access from our room.

The pool wasn't clean but that could just be the time we stayed. I didnt like that my room did not have a fridge like most standard rooms. And our booking on booking.com said breakfast was an additional $10, but when we went to eat, they charged extra for each item and the prices were high.

Close to the expressway close to restaurants

The parking lot sucked out of potholes, big holes, walking wise somebody could really hurt themselves car wise some damage

The staff and everyone here were wonderful, very helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here 😁 Jolanda, Amanda, Christina, and Aretha were all fantastic... keep up the good work

Nothing really, it is not the hotels fault for tentative transportation in the area... Make sure you have a rental car/friend or prior transportation figured out, Uber and lyft are almost non-existent. Check with the front desk for transportation, they may be able to help

As a rule for my self i always prepare for the worst when traveling on a budget. But for myself and my family we had a very comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and all employees were so helpful. Housekeeping ladies were surper nice. hotel had areas other then the room to hang out then just the room .. lounge area and Pool, it was nice

Coffee shop closed even tho my family was in line to order. Employee said we are closed and out of everything. Anyway other than that we enjoyed our stay

Couldn’t find the complementary breakfast and almost $4 for a coffee is a bit much

My husband's breakfast was included with his hotel stay, inwhich I paid for with the one night stay. However the front desk did not explanied to my husband the (guest) to return in the morning to the front desk to recieve is breakfast voucher. He went to dining area for breakfast and was told he needed to pay. The breakfast was good.

Outdoor parking is being added to your hotel stay, for an unattended parking for $6.99 a day, its simply an open parking lot for hotel guest.

Clean and the Cleaning Staff was very helpful and willing to help with any request. The Front Desk staff were Friendly

No commentary Breakfast and ants in the sink. They felt like they did not having any extra blankets.

The tub drain was very slow, we were not able to get extra pillows when we asked but did get towels and soap. There weren’t enough outlets to plug in our phones and other electronics so we unplugged the microwave and clock. The bathroom door stuck; we had to put in effort to open and close it.

The location is ok, the rooms are clean, & the staff is friendly.

I don't like the pet fees!!! I also had an issue with a desk clerk that did not know what to do to book me in.

Staff was nice very helpful . Rooms were comfortable and very clean

There's no microwaves or refrigerator in the room. And check in was at 3pm
