Room was super clean. You could smell how clean room was when we first entered the room which is really comforting. You can tell that your cleaning staff strives to do their job to the best of their abilities and it shows ! Please let them all know how much this is appreciated 🙏 The lady the staffed the kitchen Sunday the 18th was amazing!! She was super welcoming, very helpful and so friendly. She made us feel like we were home with family when it was breakfast time. To be so personalable and cheerful with the large crowd amazed me, she did it effortlessly! If there is a rewards program for staff members she needs to be employee of the month because she nailed it! I hope she gets to read this review.

The desk clerk was professional but not welcoming. At my check out she was there again. When I expressed how amazing the kitchen staff lady was that morning with the large amount of guests she was dismissive to the compliment. This was very offputting. Again she wasn't rude but she wasn't welcoming or friendly either.

Very clean and great esthetics! Rooms were decent sized. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were “down”… aka needing cleaning… the entire duration of our trip. The hot tub and pool was the reason we chose the Hampton in the first place; especially over cheaper hotels. The day we checked in they said it should be cleaned by the next day and it wasn’t cleaned in 3!

The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette area. Check in was a breeze. Pool and hot tub area clean. We liked outdoor space off the pool area. Staff very friendly. Entire facilities were extremely well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good.

Great stay and very comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff..EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. Whenever I visit Michigan this will definitely be my place to stay.

The pool was closed the entire time we were there. The showers definitely need to be updated (grout needs cleaning).

Easy in and out. Near stores and restaurants. Close to the airport and expressway.

That weekend was a bit noisy because girls softball teams were staying there so it was full of teens.

I liked the fact that staffing heard my concerns about my room not being satisfactory. Accommodations were made to resolve.

Beautiful rooms, beds comfortable, and breakfast in am was great!! All staff very friendly . Though I do think you should have cable . It was storming out when we were there, and the TV shows kept going out like if you had direct TV or dish

We were in town for a conference called MOGA, which was held at the University of Michigan. Our room was close to all the activities and we met other people there too. The mattress was very comfortable and the Internet worked great. Breakfast was very good too. The hostess at breakfast was exceptionally nice.

We love how the employees were all friendly. Breakfast was great and the lady serving was fantastic and super helpful, love her energy. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Glad the hotel provides with basic personal care amenities.

The jacuzzi water jets things weren’t working but still enjoyed it.
