The staff was so friendly. We were there for a funeral, and Kelly was the best. She took great care of us. Stayed in a studio, which was very clean. The location of the property is very nice. Close to many amenities if you're staying for a while. Breakfast was good.

when I arrived at the location I was greeted with a smile by the Operations Manager, Clarice Flowers, and her outstanding customer service was inviting.

There were some repairs that needed to be done and the side door didn’t have a security device to open it. it was completely unlocked and banged as there is no shock system set in place. a bit disturbing as I could here it constantly as guests were entering and exiting.

Having a 2 bed, 2 bath room was fantastic

The room was clean. Good space to move around the room in. The kitchenette area was useful. Bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, we would stay there again for the price and a working refrigerator. Nice breakfast too.

Some soil spots on the sofa, but not enough to distract. The refrigerator didn't work and the technician was not working to look at it. I almost requested another room but we were only staying overnight.

Handicapped restroom and shower could use an upgrade. It's slippery, and a walk-in tub/shower would be safer as well.

The staff was friendly and nice!

This place needs a major, deep cleaning and updating. It is very old, the carpets are stained beyond cleaning from pets and other accidents. The furniture needs replacing from many, many years of wear and tear, children, pets, and abuse. The price is not justified on the terrible conditions of this place. I had no choice but stay as all the other hotels were completely booked. The best thing about the property was the staff! They were very welcoming, warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room was attended to daily.

Room size and price, the pool, it was quiet

I love everything. The staff Lady Angela was amazing when I checked in. She answered every question and was helpful beyond measures. I can't wait to return for a getaway.
