The housekeeping staff & kitchen staff were great! The room had an odor smelled like urine I used Lysol spray to try & address. Breakfast was good! A real bonus.

Smell of urine in my room. The location was further from my center of activity but the Flint area was booked up this weekend. I wasn’t sure what the tv service provided.

They charged me for 2 extra rooms for more than 400.00 and the person on duty when I checked out couldn't do anything about it and manger wasn't in until 10 00 , I couldn't wait for her had to catch international flight. So now what ??????

Location, very clean and comfy for a property as old as this property. It’s been kept up quite nicely.

I didn’t like like the lady talking on the phone while getting her breakfast and coughing on the food. Glad I had already gotten my food. I mentioned it to front desk. It’s a difficult task for an employee to confront the lady, but for the safety of other guests it has to be done. Plus talking out loud on the phone- bad news.

Clean, nice room, good breakfast

Someone followed my car and tried to yell for me to come over to their car and I ignored them. Plus the lady when checking out wasn’t too friendly. She was stressed about something and gave me an attitude when I checked out and tried to turn in my key.

The staff was very nice, the facilities were clean, and the best thing with the beds were so comfortable

We had to request to get our room made up, and that was a little confusing, but in the end everything worked out. 

Perfect place to be alone. The restaurants were very close, and breakfast was good, love the add-ins for waffles and oatmeal, then create-your-own-breakfast sandwich was cool.

Great spot if you have to visit family in the area. close to grocery spots and a couple places to eat. Beds were super comfortable, pillows were great. Heater kept it comfortable without drying your nose out. Staff was nice and friendly and the room overall was clean and stocked well with a couple extra towels and things.

the listing is confusing because it says it’s in Burton but it isn’t. it’s on lapeer and m15 I’m Davison.

The breakfast was fine, especially on the Saturday when there wre scrambled eggs and bacon. I enjoyed the sausage gravy and biscuits, too. The pool was closed, but we have enjoyed it at other times. The location is perfect for visiting relatives in the area.

Though perfectly clean and serviceable, the room was rather outdated and tired-looking. The bathtub was chipped in a few places and the shower head was covered in calcium deposits.

Great breakfast. Menu changed each day. The friendliest staff we ever encountered.

Toilet in our room was very close to the floor, 12 inches maybe?

I understand it was my fault but it was very disappointing that I could change my room from a king to 2 doubles because I bookec it on Booking. It shouldn't matter.
