The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was very clean. They had done their best to keep it clean even though it was one of the rooms that had not yet been refurbished.

We had a suite with a kitchenette. I expected it would have a few basics like a few plates, some silverware, coffee cups and possibly a little dish soap and towel. That has been what I experienced in other places. It was noisy, because every time someone went out the stairwell door it banged shut.

The housekeeping staff & kitchen staff were great! The room had an odor smelled like urine I used Lysol spray to try & address. Breakfast was good! A real bonus.

Smell of urine in my room. The location was further from my center of activity but the Flint area was booked up this weekend. I wasn’t sure what the tv service provided.

Staff were all super friendly and sweet. Room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Breakfast was great, too: we had French toast sticks, eggs, bacon, and sausage gravy w/ biscuits. The eating area was clean and welcoming. 100% would stay here again!

They charged me for 2 extra rooms for more than 400.00 and the person on duty when I checked out couldn't do anything about it and manger wasn't in until 10 00 , I couldn't wait for her had to catch international flight. So now what ??????

The front end people

Location, very clean and comfy for a property as old as this property. It’s been kept up quite nicely.

I didn’t like like the lady talking on the phone while getting her breakfast and coughing on the food. Glad I had already gotten my food. I mentioned it to front desk. It’s a difficult task for an employee to confront the lady, but for the safety of other guests it has to be done. Plus talking out loud on the phone- bad news.

Had a slight trouble with clerk that checked me in but the clerk that checked me out more than made up for him. Breakfast was Great. Would be nice if pool was inside but it looked pretty.

The staff was very nice, the facilities were clean, and the best thing with the beds were so comfortable

We had to request to get our room made up, and that was a little confusing, but in the end everything worked out. 

Clean, nice room, good breakfast

Someone followed my car and tried to yell for me to come over to their car and I ignored them. Plus the lady when checking out wasn’t too friendly. She was stressed about something and gave me an attitude when I checked out and tried to turn in my key.

I tolet seats were very low and uncomfortable. Didn't know if there were handicap rooms or not. Had to use the restroom down by the breakfast area, much better.

Perfect place to be alone. The restaurants were very close, and breakfast was good, love the add-ins for waffles and oatmeal, then create-your-own-breakfast sandwich was cool.
