Staff was fantastic!!

Our rooms were dirty when we arrived. ( Dirty sheets, kitchen dirty, fridge had spills in it, drawers had food, dirty dishes in dishwasher) Even the one the immediately moved us to was dirty in the kitchen, towels and queen sleeper items had not been replenished. Fridge needed wiping out and drawers were dirty but we didn't wanna move again. It was nearly midnight when we got there. Thru out our stay there were roaches on the counters that would surprise us. Also, the bathroom door is like a sliding barn door. It was easy to get off tracks, but also, if you didn't close it a specific way, anyone could see the person inside. It was terrible for privacy. Especially in an open room like the suites.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't lavish, which I liked and perfect for a quick bite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my need of extra pillows. I also loved the water bottle fill station. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved how clean and spacious it was, house cleaning left a note so you KNEW it was clean. They had my name displayed on the TV, which I loved. The room was so beautiful, I would recommend, and stay here again.

The floors are thin, we did hear the people above us moving around, it wasn’t too bad though.

The room was spacious and very accommodating to my family including our pups. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved the breakfast every morning, the spacious room, the indoor pool, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We liked that there was a free breakfast, there was a pool, and the full size fridge and microwave as well as a dishwasher. Breakfast options were plenty but not much flavor to anything.

The blankets were very thin. Staying at a hotel with the fluffy comforters is one of my favorite things. There was something smeared on the back of the bathroom door that looked like poop. The bathroom door was the sliding barn door style and kept coming off the track trapping people in the bathroom. The front desk girl wasn't rude but also wasn't cheerful either. I would have thought paying $450 for 2 nights would have just given us more I guess. The view from our room was a parking lot and we felt we needed to keep the darkening curtain shut the whole time so people couldn't see in our room. There wasn't any towels in the pool area and when I went to the front desk to ask for some they gave us blue towels with bleach marks all over them. $450 for bleached towels?

The room was very clean and welcoming. The staff was awesome! The available breakfast was good, there were a suffice amount of choices. The coffee in the room and at breakfast tastes great.

I could not control the air conditioning which was blasting in the middle of the day. I appreciated that it was working as hot as it was, but wanted to tone it down. Also, there was no creamer for my coffee in the room. I was up earlier one day than the available breakfast time.

Most of the staff was friendly and pleasant. It was kept very clean and looked fresh.

The water pressure in the showers was absolutely AWFUL! More breakfast options would be nice as well as it would be helpful if the breakfast sandwiches were labeled with its contents. For rooms that have the option of the pull out bed, sheets/ blanket/ pillows should be readily available in the room instead of having to go down to the desk to retrieve them.

Wasn't that thrilled with breakfast but I can't complain since its free.

BIG DOUBLE BILLING problem. I paid in full $146 when I made the reservation through Booking.com Confirmation number 3829543204. Then Hilton charged me again $158 after I checked out. I have spent over two hours trying to fix this. I called the hotel directly, I tried the Hilton online site, I tried their Customer Support, I twice tried their CHAT help. They turned a pleasant experience into an unpleasant one where I will DEFINITELY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HILTON again.

Although I didn’t not take my dog, it’s refreshing to see a place that welcomes our furry family

When we pulled out the bed in the couch we found dog food, a golf ball, a winter hat, a mouse laser pointer and no sheets or blanket for it

I liked that it was close to our destination, and breakfast was good. Plus I liked the outdoor seating! It was very inviting
