Hotel is surrounded by more expensive hotels and on a very snowy night, it was wonderful being able to go to Taco Bell or Culvers without leaving the interconnected parking lots. Having lived a few miles away for years until recently, I knew the area would be quiet and as safe as anywhere can be.

In my ideal world, all hotels would have carports covered with solar panels. It was so cold and snowy and my gloves so thin, I cleared my car in 4 chunks, warming up in between. I wish the option of leaving the room key in the room when leaving existed, again given the weather today.

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean. While the hotel was full of guests, the rooms were quiet. We could not hear any road noise even though we were on a main road. The beds were comfortable and the three fluffy pillows were a nice touch. Nice options for the daily breakfast. All the hotel employees were polite and helpful. The hot water in the shower was available immediately.

It would be nice to have fans installed in the bathrooms.

Location and Staff

I was Charged more than my reservation amount and I was charged for a Roll Away Bed that I never requested and now I have to wait to have these charges credited back to me.

Proximity to the hospital I was going to. Easy on and off of expressway. Beds were supportive and very comfortable. No strange odors in the room.

Coffee service provided in the room is terrible. A Keurig compact would have been much better. Also several bulbs were burned out.

Beds were low enough that I could easily get into them, very quiet, staff was friendly.

Outlet by table was not easy to plug into when using my laptop. It was on the wall lower than the edge of the table.

The staff was super friendly and very, very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better staff. The room was clean and in order. Everything was as it should be. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I was able to sleep peacefully!

We’ve stayed here many times when it was a Comfort Inn. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Sabrina and the gentleman who worked the front desk at night. The pool was crystal clear.

I wish that breakfast was served between 7 - 10 instead of 6 - 9 .

Breakfast lady was very attentive

Upstairs neighbors very loud. We complained to desk and they quieted down

at the grand blanc location Ashley was working front counter. she's such a friendly person. very down to earth and easy to chat with. we are pretty low maintenance and don't need much but extra towels and a toothbrush lol I had both items in a matter of a couple mins. she gave excellent service. I think she deserves a raise. ❤❤❤thank you Ashley . great location also😊
