The location was very convenient. The beds are amazing and all around it was a pleasant stay

Everything was nice. My only complaint is I had to spend my last $50 on the deposit which would be put back on my card upon checkout and at checkout I was told it could take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days before I'm refunded my deposit. I'm homeless and would not have stayed here had I known my deposit wouldn't be available upon checkout like I was told by the lady that checked me in the day before. That's the only complaint I have honestly because I asked if it would be deposited back and she said yes, as soon as I'm checked out.

Breakfast is great and there is excellent staff that make your food fresh and bring it to your table with everything you'd need. Wayne is an irreplaceable staff member that deserves recognition for how helpful he is and how he goes above and beyond for every guest he serves. The manager Daemeon is a caring and kind man with leadership skills that surpass anything you'd expect. He has been an inspiration for me during my stay, providing me with empathy, acceptance, and guidance. He keeps the place running smooth, and he helps every person that comes through the door. The housekeeping staff are attentive and efficient and they deal with every mess thrown at them. Anthony is a breath of fresh air with a great attitude. He's extremely helpful, kind and always gives a good laugh when you need it. Everyone that works here deserves endless recognition and rewards for their exceptional services. The owner should feel proud and honored to have a staff as great as this. There is clean water, no bugs, and free fast wifi. If you need a cheap and reliable place to stay, you can find comfort here. The complaints are coming from snooty people who expected a stay at a five star resort for $50 a night. Treat the staff with respect and they'll go above and beyond for you.

Maybe more options for breakfast, but for the price it's already an incredible deal to get breakfast at all. There is nothing I could really say I didn't like.

Didn't eat breakfast. The housekeeping manager Stephanie is AWESOME. Very attentive and makes sure to fix her employees mess ups.

The check in process now is horrid. They need TWO people at the desk. One for the Baymont & 1 for the Days Inn. The older lady who works 2nd shift at front desk been working at Baymont forever is awful. She is so rude, unwelcoming and takes 45 minutes to check in 1 person. It should not take that long. When the guy with the longer hair runs the desk we are checked in within 5 minutes tops. The Rift Raff that lives there is ok just got to deal with them up late in the night or up really early. The employees should NOT be smoking right at the front door. There is a smoking area and us non smokers hate walking through the weed, cigs smell.

The fact they drained pool, are painting it and are improving the 2 combined hotels

The 2nd shift old lady that checks you in. She is always slow AF and rude. Why is it when the guy checks us in every other weekend it takes 3 minutes with her it's a 30 to 45 minute process. Check in is 3pm not 345pm, 430pm. She needs to go. I get weed is legal in Michigan but need to not have your lobby reek like it on checks in.

Nice comfortable beds,quiet,nice view from 3rd floor.

We were by the stairs that lead to the pool so we heard kids running up and down them all day and half of night.

I really didn’t but I didn’t know how it was going to be till I got here the facility is a whole lot different than what it shows on website

Never got my $50 deposit back don't know how long that's supposed to take but it's been a week

They let me have the same room after I rebooked. It is warm. The bed is very comfortable to me. They gave me plenty of shampoo and trash bags when I asked. It is alright to hotel hop for ice; the Quality Inn is just next door. It is somewhat quiet. There is city/town to one side and suburbia to the other side.

The vacuum/vacuuming is not good. I realized some of the lighting was not working or not working correctly. I feel foreign or they are foreign, but it's like there is only one immigrant. Trash accumulated on the side door to the non inn washer and dryer, but the inn did have soap and change and good coffee.
