Although the property is a little older, it’s very well cared for. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for my family.

I liked everything! Prior to staying at this hotel, I read the reviews. I was a little nervous to stay here with my family. Totally found out people that were whining about different things, we’re expecting a five star experience while paying 2 to 3 star prices. The breakfast is included in the price, is good and has far more choices than I have at home for breakfast. The pillows are a little on the smaller size, but are big enough, comfortable and didn’t adversely affect my ability to sleep. *We didn’t use the pool but the water was cold.

Great Location, they didn't communicate that we were staying in a "motel" portion of the Hotel, I was expecting a Hotel more for safety reasons as a single mother traveling alone with her children. I was very excited for the Pool & Hot tub however Hot tub was down, as I understand things happen, some sort of notice via email, or by phone would be nice, or a discount of some sort! I paid expecting to be able to sit in hot tub, while kids played in pool. I honestly would have cancelled & stayed at another Hotel had I known in time. But room was decent, beds were very comfy. I appreciated the blankets almost like a down alternative instead of those weird scratchy hotel blankets!

Clean rooms, front desk was gracious about moving us to a different room. Decent breakfast.

The 200 rooms across from the property weren’t as nice as the rooms inside the hotel. Dirty stairway, musty smell, but room was very clean. It’s a separate small building that looks out on the parking lot and just not very attractive. The hotel itself was very clean and attractive.

The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after walking all day. Access to food and groceries were well approximated to hotel. Close proximity to Frankenmuth were key when I booked our stay. The beds were fairly comfortable but the bathroom was tiny.

Breakfast was a bit lacking but served its purpose. Explanation of how to access our rooms were not provided until we were forced to ask after trying to get in for more than 5 minutes. The "Courtyard View" was nothing more than a square of grass with a couple of trees and a sign that said no pets.

The breakfast is awesome, THE ONLY THING I WAS UPSET ABOUT WAS NEEDING A $50 DEPOSIT THAT HAD TO BE ON CARD...WHICH SET MY TRIP BACK BY 2 HOURS BECUZ I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE BACK HOME TO GET THE CARD..

They could of said ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT YOU MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT...EVEN THO YOU "CHECKED IN" ONLINE & SUPPOSEDLY JUST had to get The Key. Oh & the bar should be Reopened!!

We like having the pool and the hot tub, it was nice having breakfast, Personnel was very nice very personal.Rooms we're clean and nice having air conditioning I like the amount of bathrooms that you have around the facility, but should be offered more towels when we're in the pool area, I liked having the sink separate from the toilet and shower, it was a nice that we left a note to lady who cleaned their room she left me shampoo and conditioner

I would have liked to have breakfast last longer, some people like to sleep in on vacation. Didn't like the containers in the shower for shampoo conditioner and soap not their fault but they didn't work I would rather have the little bars of soap and shampoo. Air conditioning was a little loud but it was nice as hot as it was , wish the refrigerator could have been a tad wider but it was nice to at least have one, but we had to put our food in side ways. Could have used two towels per person per day to take showers, wondered why the pillows are so small what happened to bigger pillows?

Love the location (10 minutes from our venue). Clean facility. Has a hot tub, pool and a restaurant, which made it convenient.

The food quality at the restaurant wasn’t great. I got nachos and the beef was greasy, which affected the whole plate. My friends daughter got a quesadilla but it came out burnt and she didn’t like it (but was afraid to say it wasn’t good).

The microwave in the room did not work. The restaurant is no longer open. Honestly looks like the place is not going to be around much longer since there were only 4 cars in the parking lot the whole time we were there.

The room was very nice, clean and stocked.

There could have been more of a selection for breakfast. We came down, and bagels were nearly all gone. The eggs and sausage could be placed away from the waffle makers. We had others blocking them, so we couldn't get to them.

I thought the breakfast was good but maybe some things more in line with a keto diet or low carb diet would be great. Location was great.

I was fine with it but their elevator 🛗 didn't work. If I would have had my mom or my brother with me it would have been a different story. Mom is in a wheelchair ♿️ and my brother can't do steps. The swimming pool could have been warmer. It was cold like an outside pool.
