We could tell the hotel was understaffed. When we checked in, a young man named Danny, checked us in. He was so polite. He then, brought us down the roll away bed we added and later, extra towels. He was there when we left the pool at 10pm. He was running around doing EVERYTHING, by himself Then this morning, for breakfast, he was back at 8am. Running around again, making sure every guest was taken care of. He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! We tipped him, told him at check out how amazing he was doing, and then I even called the hotel once we got home this evening, spoke to Carol... Just to tell her how great of a job this young man was doing. Every hotel needs employees like him, bc he was one of the hardest workers we've EVER seen at any hotel in our travels. GREAT JOB DANNY!! THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK!

Super clean, comfortable, and right off the highway. Staff was very nice and welcoming. They supplied Dove branded soaps and coffee in the room. The pool area was nice and clean. And the breakfast area was well put together.

The cleaner or air freshener they use in the rooms was way too strong smelling. I'm not sure what the smell was or where it was coming from but I had to leave the window open the entire stay because once we came back from a day out it would be too strong to stand it without getting a headache and a stuffed nose due to my allergies.

The lady who took care of breakfast was exceptional. Made sure every thing was kept replenished and if a person did not know how to work something, for example, the pancake machine, she would help out in a friendly way. She had a smile always and asking what do you need or looking for. She was great and kept the crowds moving thru in a professional way. Keep her!

Well, when I checked in he told me and my husband for breakfast you have to be presentable and decent. We are 73 years old, it was not a great big deal but did he think I was really going to come down in something indecent?? It bothered me but oh well I was not going to let it get to me.

The stay at the facility itself was exceptional and breakfast was great with a variety of options.

I didn't like that I was charged Twice for a one stay at the rate of $128.88, when speaking with Baymont Representative, he was unable to assist me. I was forced to apply for an unauthorized transaction through my bank, which was a grave inconvenience

Our Room wasn't ready due to being short staffed, but Carol set us up in a better room for the night. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Very calm talking to her. Great breakfast, loved the pancake machine! Everything was clean and tidy. The hot tub was nice, with a lot of towels available for use. Have been here many times, we will continue to come back.

Room was very nice! Breakfast in the morning was great! Very plentiful and nice variety of selections! The pool was nice and clean, always had towels at the ready. It was AWESOME that we could bring our dog with us at the hotel defiantly a PLUS!! (main reason we picked your hotel to stay at)

Bed was excellent size (king), but a little to firm for us, but it wasn't anything to complain about :)

We had our dogs with us for an unexpected two week stay, and the staff made us feel nothing but welcomed and kept everything so clean. We also enjoyed great breakfasts that you just don't see anymore. You can't beat fresh scrambled eggs, pancakes and biscuits with gravy! Yum!!!

The only issue was with the one back door letting our dogs out at night. The key panel wouldn't read the keys on occasion to let us back in and we had to walk around.. but in reality it did give us and our pups some extra exercise so the irritation was minimal.

Was a great room for the price. Free breakfast was ok but I wouldn't spend money on it. 2nd night there, tried making a cup of coffee and the machine spit and spewed hot coffee grounds all over the counter and towels. The next day while we were out housekeeping came in. The floors were never cleaned because stuff that was there, still was. Never cleaned nor replaced the coffee pot (even told staff about it) never made the bed and left a window open. Bugs ended up flying into our room.

Phone never worked nor was replaced after several days and hotel staff knowing. Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned.

Our room was comfy. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi tub! It was nice having a seating area (the couch) to enjoy watching the television. The huge bathroom counter space was great.

Overhead lighting would have been nice. We felt like the room was rather dark, with only the bedside lamps. The room has a ceiling fan (which was great!)--it would have been nice had that fan had a light installed in it.

We like everything about it would definitely do it again

On our first night there was a kid screaming consistently through our the night and morning but believe they left so it didn't last too long, maybe also if we had a room design for long stays to have a mini freezer so we didn't have to go out every night for dinner
