The first thing is the rooms seem a little more updated than the photos, they have a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms. The heat/fan worked great. Bathroom was fine. Theres a pool in the main area and the breakfast was good, they have a waffle maker, bagels, toast, muffins, sausage and eggs, milk, juice and yogurt. Theres a restaurant/bar but we didnt eat there because the prices were a bit high. The room overall was fine for us, we traveled with our 3yr old and 1 yr old and they had a blast.

The beds are very high up, which is fine for adults but if staying here with small children just be aware that the beds are way too high. My 3 yr old couldnt pull herself up on it and shes very tall, plus we had to worry all night that they would roll off. Also i felt like the carpet was kinda yucky but i ended up spreading a sheet across the floor for them to hangout on and color in their coloring books but its not a big deal cause we didnt have much hangout time in the hotel.

When we arrived around 5.30 pm the receptionist he was very nice. Food was good and fast

When we went down to talk to the night shift person , he was nowhere to be found..we checked and waited for about 10 min until we called out Hello. He came out with ear pods in and we asked for a key due to the fact we looked ourselves out. He just asked for room number and gave us a key( not asking our name or attorney to assure the right key to the right person.

Three separate beds was perfect for our group. Breakfast on site was added value.

The website was not super clear on the fees for pets. And they had recently increased the rate which also had not been updated. So there was a big surprise on checkout. But it was resolved easily and quickly with administration

Hard to find as it shares the check in with Best Western, Had trouble finding the the location as We had to go through Best Western property. Once checked in at Best western for Days Inn we were all set

Not as clean as I would like. I just don't want to see hair on/in the sink, counter, along the toilet or the bathtub.

No chairs in the room. Visiting grandkids and eveyone sitting on brds was not pleasant

I loved how comfortable & clean the suite was. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub is amazing. The staff was amazing! Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

The only thing I can really say is the tub in bathroom had a couple small cracks in the finish, and we had to hold the toilet handle down when flushing it.

Hard to find office. Separated from building. Separated buildings harder to navigate

Bathroom was a little outdated, but that's not a big issue. Enjoyed everything else. Great place to stay.
