Elevator was out so we had to take the stairs to the 3 floors

We like the fact it offered free dinner so you save money. That is the only hotel that I know have that service. We like the fact you got 3 free drinks after 5:30 pm. We like the fact it was close to several stores so we didn't have to go find a parking space. We like the fact when you forget your shampoo, conditioner, body wash they have a large supply in the rooms. This is one of the few hotels that allow pets,

Although the restroom wasn't too far from the pool I had to bring my little ones with me. I'm assuming there was no restroom in the pool area since my door key wouldn't work. The only thing my other family members didn't like was the fact there was no charging ports for the phone like newer hotels in the room but they where in the lobby.

The welcoming of the staff was amazing. The pool was really good. I didn't try out the hot tub just because it was a bit crowed when I was in the pool. The fact that they have a lift for handicapped people was amazing and it worked perfectly for my boyfriends sister. The breakfast options were great. The dinner was really good as well. The fact alone that they even offer dinner was a huge added bonus. During dinner for the adults (21+) they do what is called "kick back" where you can get some drinks. I believe it's only 3 a night.

The only issue that I had while my boyfriend and I were visiting was the comfortability of the bed for us. It was NOT comfortable at all. We are used to sleeping on a Purple mattress that is medium firm. We woke up in pain and/or stiff in the morning. However, I will also say that this could be due to all of the walking that we did as well. Also, I have fibromyalgia so I'm a bit picky when it comes to the mattress and how firm it is.

When we went, we had 2 adults and 4 children. We had the 2 queen bed suite. The staff was great. Especially Jenny and Richard. Jenny was helping with breakfast in the morning. The patience and kindness she had was amazing. Richard was serving the adult drinks our first and second night. He did it like he enjoyed his job and showed some humor. He made it enjoyable to sit down in the lobby and enjoy a drink. The kick back was amazing. I've never been to a hotel that provided dinner and beverages. The hot breakfast was amazing too. Our room was very spacious.

The elevator was down but they did call me a couple days before arrival to let me know about it. The beds weren't as comfy as some places I've stayed. But they were ok. The pull out couch is definitely meant more for younger kids. The mattress is very very thin and terribly uncomfortable for an adult. Overall though, we will definitely choose a drury hotel again!

Great location, facilities were very clean. We did not take advantage of pool or hot tub so can’t address that. Staff were very nice and courteous. Kick back is always a plus. Food was plentiful and hot. I love fresh made waffles for breakfast so that was just wonderful. Quiet facility.

No USB ports! I am used to having them in hotel rooms so didn’t bring one and had to run out to buy one. My bad. And I knew in advance that Elevator would not be in service, but having twisted my ankle (prior to arriving) was a challenge getting up and down the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and very informative. They offered to help with our bags since the elevator was out at the time of our stay, but we knew it was going to be out and planned accordingly. The food they served at the 5:30 pm kickback was more than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was also good, with quite a few options to choose from.

The reason we chose this hotel was because some reviews said their beds were comfortable. If you need a firm mattress, they will probably be fine for you. They are pretty firm with a little bit of give, but I have a bad back and need a softer mattress, so I ended up sleeping on top of the pillows to add the softness I needed. My fiancé slept on the bed as is and had a hard time getting comfortable. The hot tub and pool are nice, but the steps in the hot tub are weirdly placed, and the concrete around it looks like it's falling apart.

What DIDN'T we like? Nothing! What a place to stay!!! Staff, facilities couldn't have been better. Food service folks were fantastic. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had the refrigerator die on us, they had it switched out with a brand new one in minutes! The surprise was we knew we were going to get a good breakfast, BUT then they do a light dinner AND drinks from 5:30-7 every night! Yes, DRINKS! THREE of them. Bud Light and cocktails, on them! The place was festive every night. We met people from everywhere and they all got to know everybody. It was great! The whole city you're treated just great. Wonderful experience and comes with our recommendation! Thanks to Alexis our breakfast hostess. She was super helpful and gave us great recommendations of the sights in Frankenmuth!

Not ONE thing at all. The place was GREAT!!!!

This was a spontaneous trip to Frankenmuth for the Bavarian Festival. We wanted to be in town so we could walk around and return to the hotel. This was our only requirement. How happy we were to find out upon our arrival that they had a snack time/happy hour called Kickback where food was provided free and we could have three free alcoholic drinks. The best part of this was that it was Taco night! The experience was very much a "down home" quality, but saved us from spending money out for dinner in town, and most important, we had more time to spend at the street party at the festival. The next morning, the breakfast was great and we spend a pleasant morning by the hot tub/pool before we left.

Though we appreciated the hot shower, my husband thought that the quality of the shampoo and conditioner could have been better.

Dinner was larger than I thought it was! It was more than just a little family dinner, so my partner and I were truly excited for that! We had made plans for dinner already, but my goodness, Drury outdid themselves!! I did ask for late check out upon arrival, and turns out the next day the hotel didn't know we were staying an extra hour! Went to front desk and whoever checked us in didn't put it in or something! No big deal with that, the maid had just woke us up a little early.

I think the breakfast ending at 10 on weekends is a little sad! I had a late check out, so it would've been nice to have it an hour later for sure.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were very nice to have and was very convenient for us. Very clean everywhere. The little extras the hotel offered made it an enjoyable stay.

My only complaint was the guests in the adjacent room brought 2 dogs with them and they barked and howled at all hours which kept us from getting good nights sleep. I believe the hotel staff addressed it with them but it was unfortunate to have inconsiderate people next door to you, I am a dog owner with a dog that loves to bark, I would never bring it to a hotel when I know that would happen.
