Nice pool and hot tub, decent room size. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and respectful. Room was clean and temperature of the room was very easy to control. Nice soaps provided by hotel.

The breakfast was only okay. Only one ice machine on the first floor, would have been nice to have one on our floor. Water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Loved the location. Tucked back enough to be quiet, but close enough to be within walking distance of what we wanted to see.

Could’ve been a tad cleaner in the bathroom.

I like where the hotel was , easy access to most stores, candy, food , cheese and wine shops. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast food was hot and plentiful. The pool was very nice, same goes for the whirlpool. Carpet in hall was clean and no noise from the hall was heard in the room. We had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

We would have liked to have a table and some chairs in the room. the sofa/pull out bed was nice when watching TV, but it would have been nice to have a table to sit and play cards or a game. We were able to use the breakfast room for card playing, but had to bring all our goodies down to the lobby.

Asked for king room got Queen was there 4 days ask for room to be made up every day it was not had to ask again but they only made the beads once had to take out trash I was on vacation not at home should not have to do anything but relax.

Breakfast was amazing . The room size was great for a family of 5. No true complaints.

The pool.. we went there specifically for the pool area due to it being cold out and I’m pregnant and wanted to relax. It was hard to do that with how high the chlorine levels were. My son kept coughing from it and eventually got sick and threw up, and everybody else had problems with not breathing and having itchy eyes.

Location was great to the downtown area. The rooms are NICE AND CLEAN!!! Friendly staff.

I feel like they should serve coffee longer in the morning,even after breakfast service is over. We don't do breakfast always- coffee would have been nice. Just went to McDonald's instead!

Staff was very welcoming, and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Absolutely great location!! Less than a two-minute walk from several attractions. The Cheese Hauss and Frank-Muth are right across the street. The Prost bar is on the same side of the street one minute away. Willis sausage about a three-minute walk. Best location in Frankenmuth!

Location was amazing especially for the price! The room was much larger than expected and very comfortable. Our coffee maker was really dirty but the lobby always had hot coffee and a cold water dispenser to fill our water bottles. The breakfast had tons of options. We loved the 10pm-11pm adults only pool hours to unwind at the end of the day and warm up in the hot tub. Great hotel, we'll for sure be back.

We were very happy that you gave us connecting rooms. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Having the sitting area with the huge couch was enjoyable. I really liked how the TV was personalized every time you turned it on!! Good touch! Walking distance to almost everything except Bronner's.

In our room the bathroom door was falling apart. In the connecting room the tub was very hard to stand in, as the bottom was "warped". the sink drain was also very slow.

Breakfast was great. Location was incredible. Suites were amazing to travel with teens. Loved it!

Maid was having a loud personal conversation in the hallway on the morning we left - not professional. Our body wash wasn’t pumping- I asked to have it refilled but it still didn’t pump. There was no way for me to check what the problem was.
