The customer service was absolutely amazing, Ms. Brenda and her staff under her were superb. Ms. Brenda made sure that the stay was comfortable delightful. Even by checking in via text messages, which I've never received before from a hotel. The accommodations from the breakfast to the room look exactly like the photos online. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I look forward to going back to my wife and I, and I look forward to seeing her again. She made me feel so at home. The cooking staff in the morning for the continental breakfast. The young lady. She was very welcoming as well and helpful. Plus the housekeeping. They did a great job with keeping the room clean. Because I'm a phobic. And I always clean a room before. I got there, and I wiped everything down. And it was no dust, no dirt anywhere. I was very, very pleased. Friendly night staff. Pool. Gym. Clean. Laundry facilities. Breakfast. Lobby tea and coffee

Please consider...conditioner in the showers, lotion in the bathroom, sanitizing wipes and towels in the gym, more towels in the pool, app operated washer and dryer rather than coin operated, asking morning front desk to be friendlier, healthier options for breakfast (less carbs, more protein), bringing the jacuzzi back, place a notice at the front desk regarding your pool policy for under 18 year olds and needing (friendlier) staff to open the door, half and half for the lobby coffee, better tea selection.

Easy check-in, room was clean. Breakfast was hot and offered a variety of options. I really liked the layout and size of the room, it came across as bigger then other basic hotel rooms I have stayed at in the past. Location is great, right by anything you could need!

We could tell the hotel was under going some renovations. Some detail things in our room just felt uncompleted, but nothing that negatively impacted out stay.

We were never told that Hilton/Hampton would hold an extra $50.00 per nite for "incidental charges". Not told on Booking.com or when we checked in. After getting to our room, my husband rec'd an alert on his phone from the back for our confirmed rate + an extra $150.00. Immediately called down to the desk & the same gentleman who checked us in answered and he told us $50 per nite extra hold... something new they were doing but it would be refunded at check out. At checkout if told 2-3 days. This addl hold took away from vacation funds that wasn't planned. Won't use Hilton/Hampton again. Never had this with any other chain.

Brenda at the front desk was the best front desk person i ever encountered at a hotel front desk. she was pleasant, cheerful,willing to answer questions and help us get the perfect room... she was amazing !!

When i registered online, bookings.com stated there was a$50 deposit for a pet.. And that if the pet did no damage, i would get my deposit back . when i inquired at the desk when i was leaving, i was told the deposit was non-refundable

Is the parking was easy accessible. There was plenty of parking for the facility, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The facility was nice and clean the breakfast room was nice and big. My spouse really liked the fresh coffee every couple of hours. I also called ahead and asked if I could block a room in place because I wanted to send flowers to my spouse and they locked my room in place and they put the flowers in my room for me.

The couch was very uncomfortable. It seemed like it was really old. And it sat back too far on the back, and there was too much of the space between the back. The room above me, they sounded like a herd of cattle all night. You could actually hear them walking around.

The room was clean , the refrigerator went out , I had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. The ice machine didn't work on the floor

Being told 3 times that someone will check into it . I was told days later that the supervisor checked it on Friday. She was very nice & professional. I ran into her in the hallway .

Property was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were told all 4 of our rooms would be close together. Mary worked hard to accommodate us with only one room being at the other end of the hallway. Missed the big Christmas tree that wasn’t decorated for Christmas yet.

The staff was very friendly. Even when other guest were very rude to them. The staff had a lot on their hands due to the glitch from Microsoft. They tried all they could to accommodate the guest. GREAT JOB!

Very clean and comfortable. The room was large and the fridge was super cold. We will definitely be staying here again.

Juice machine was empty at breakfast and no sugar or cups one morning at coffee bar. (Truck didn't come we were told)
