I loved the beds everything was comfortable. I liked the staff they were more friendly and understanding than last time. I like all the channels available on TV.

I didn't like that we got the same room as last time. Would like a different room or different floor. My tub in my room was still questionable on its cleanliness. I would like more pillows and fluffier pillows. I didn't like how we pulled the bed back and seen there was a huge ripped hole in the corner of the sheet and a red juice or maybe blood spot on one of the pillow cases.

Room was nice, mattress was ok better then last week overall experience was great. Thought dog barking was going to be an issue but was taken care of. The young lady that was able to undo the mute ( husband muted and couldn't unmite) was very quick and followed up to make sure all was well. We have to make multiple trips for eye surgery so will be returning.

Quiet. Clean. Fully stocked. Safe location. Bagels for breakfast. Nothing weird on the ceiling or floor like other reviews said. Cheap clean safe to crash in general.

Room smelled like curry when I first entered, but went away pretty quickly when I turned the ac unit on. Only bagels, yogurt, and cereal for breakfast. Had to wait a good 20 mins for someone to come to the window to check in at 300pm. Called as the sign said, and the phone just rang and rang. She eventually came.

Well ya know the entry carpets could be replaced or steam cleaned. Hall carpets need re-streching. I know they Advertise free breakfast, but it's not a reason to choose super 8. As long as my room is clean and quiet, I'm 😊

We liked the comfort of the bed, and how clean it was. We also liked the variety of TV stations their was, it had all are favorite ones. We definitely will come again.

The room itself could of been a little bit bigger for a handicapped room, cause my fiance is wheelchair bound and had a little hard time getting around the bed. Plus the refrigerator had a lot ice in fridge area it was hard to put stuff in there and close the fridge.

We booked the room in a freeze situation in Saginaw. It was Emergency and the staff. There was so helpful and accommodative and really made us feel important. Highly recommend and definitely will book again.

Great value - visiting Saginaw for show at The Dow Center. Unexpectedly nice place - rooms/bed comfortable, great water pressure and hot water for shower, nice light complimentary breakfast, easy access to highway and downtown. Really surprised at the value for the cost!

Nothing the hotel could control, but some of the guests were loud in the hallways when coming in for the night.

Older hotel but well up kept. You could smell the clean in hallways. Quite close to restaurants and shopping.
