Very nice area. Close to family. lots of places to eat and shop nearby It just felt like a new place. Very clean and pleasant on the eyes.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired. I know it didn't cost extra, but turkey sausage..... might be good if fried, but not microwaved or however it was heated. Same with eggs. Powder eggs? kind of watery but edible. They had waffles, but only one day of our stay?? The waffle I had was great. I thought I booked through Marriot so I would get point for a 5 night stay, but somehow got onto booking.com by mistake. I didn't save money but missed out on the Marriott rewards - my fault, not yours

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. There is a Target directly across the street. About a 2 minute walk from the hotel. All the eating spots are about 5 minutes up the street. It's such a convenient location. The breakfast was amazing. The entire facility is amazing. The heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, and the hot tub was my son's favorite. And I love that they have adults only pool time in the evening

Staff was really friendly. One of the staff members on 2nd shift was especially helpful and assisted me with my blood sugar situation. I am insulin dependent and was running low. She made sure I had access to some juice and fruit to help bring it back up. Thank you!

I wasn't particularly happy about the $100 dollar hold for incidentals, but I realize that this has probably came into play due to people damaging the property. This was explained to me, and I'll just have to realize this and factor it in for future stays. Other than that, this was a really great place to stay.

everything was in good order. Apparently the pool was closed for repairs, but I wasn’t interested in using the pool. A neighboring property was allowing guests to use their pool. I was unable to find anything I was disappointed about, except that no lights came on when I turned on the switches upon entering the room. The woman running breakfast was friendly and efficient, and kept the area clean despite a busy morning with lots of families.

The room setup uses some of the cool functionality of European hotels, but I was surprised there was no ISB charger by the bed . You need a cube to plug in. I addressed this situation by plugging a 10 foot cord into the ISB in the lamp in the work area. It reached the bedside without trouble when I opened the frosted glass partition separating the bed and work areas.

We stayed at this hotel when it first opened many years ago. We enjoyed our stay and when needing to travel to Midland (25 min away), this was our choice! The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable (this is huge for me because I have a very bad back). We love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work!

Only a couple downfalls, was there was no body wash in the shower (although I do love the pump bottles reducing plastic waste!!) and we were right next to the kitchen. The banging would start around 6am and I am a light sleeper. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. We stayed two nights and upon returning for the second night, discovered that the maids were not to the room. I had to ask for body wash for this reason and when asked we were told the maids only come every other day if staying longer then 1 night. Would have been nice to have been informed of that.

Nice hotel amid grand big shopping square/area - 100% clean & everything you'd expect from a hotel of the Marriott group - spacious rooms - no bother(noise)from shoppers as the hotel is located somewhat apart from the fashion square area Good breakfast with nice follow up from breakfast lady

Wifi did not work up in the rooms however we tried - when mentioning this I just got a ' that happens sometimes' No 'grab & go' bag or small token of compensation...When asking for it , they said it was just for loyal clients of the hotel chain...🙄

pros: location was excellent, I love target :) clean facility, unique room set-up, closet was huge! breakfast selection was great! I loved the oatmeal and multiple toppings/breakfast sandwiches. pool is small but kids still liked it, hot tub was great!

cons: the shade on the window was a bit ripped and I had no clue how to raise it (which is why I’m assuming g someone accidentally ripped it?) only one treadmill was functioning, the other two workout machines were out of order soap/shampoo dispensers in shower were not full- love this feature anyway

Good location, large room.

The bathroom door was a slider and super heavy to move and I am NOT a weak person. Oil the wheels or something please! Why are there never outlets by the beds?? The breakfast area was nice, but some of the Ready to Eat food wasn't actually cooked all the way through.

How they still attempt to keep up and running properly. The staff is always so friendly

The breakfast, I didn’t like how my bed was half clean . That kinda threw me off, bug was in my bed the second night . The fridge wasn’t cold. I will not post this view publicly but I do want in house to see it

Felicia....thanks for welcoming us on our 25th anniversary. You are a delightful person. The room was excellent. The bed cozy. The hot tub was hot. Breakfast looked delish, but we didn't have it. They have a nice little snack pantry, for munchies or drinks. They have a gas fire pit outside it was nice. Real close to shopping and restaurants.

I wish coffee was offered all day...that's all
