Receptionist was friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and invited. She was very professional; answered all questions and provided just enough details. Love that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. Really liked that hotel guests received 10% off at UNO restaurant. The Cobb Salad. cheese bread, cocktails and service at the UNO was also very good. We sat at the bar area, and the bartender, was on top of her game.

There were not very many chairs to layout out in the pool. Adding a few more would be nice. Also having cleaning wipes available to clean the outside tables / chairs is ideal too.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Huge parking lot. Attached to Uno restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I had a suite which was HUGE. Perfect for a family with kids (the couch pulls out) or friends looking to split a room as there is a 2nd bathroom in the LR area. Older coffee maker, fridge and microwave included. When I come back to Saginaw I will book here again

The elevator is old and slow. Breakfast is not included in the stay. Can go to Uno or next door to IHOP or Denny's. Coffee is available. I would like to see Keurigs in the rooms instead of the older coffee makers. Couldn't get a good temp in the room, it was either too hot or too cold.

wont stay anymore as they told me a $400 room fee for your stay will now be added to the motel room for damages. never have i had to pay that much so i wont be staying anymore.

Shampoo was empty in our shower, which i didn't know until i was showering it was a dispenser on the shower wall, and no blankets anywhere in the room for the pull out couch also the bathroom was not the cleanest

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating

We were unaware when we booked that the property is under construction. Noise was not an issue in our room but the common areas like hallways and lobby were mid-construction

stayed on first floor and had patio door access to pool, was great place and enjoyed it.

stayed for two nights , no breakfast came with the room. It was $12.50 per person for breakfast at the restaurant ,so it would be $50 dollars for the two of usfor two days. you could book the room with breakfast for and extra $100.00 , didn't make sense.

Small room with nice amenities. Small bath, but I liked the inclusion of toothpaste and other thoughtful additions. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Some consumables in bathroom were empty (shampoo specifically). Otherwise fine.

We have stayed here before and will return. Always a great place to stay. Clean, good value, great location.
