The front desk employees and the woman preparing breakfast were very friendly. They said hello and made us feel welcome. We did have trouble with the lock on our door and the lady working at the front desk was alone because someone on 3rd shift didn’t show up for work. She was woeking solo on a Sunday morning (8/17/25). We were locked out of our room because our key cards didn’t work and she graciously helped us get in our room. I know she was busy and really didn’t have time but yet graciously figured how to get us in our room. Thank you!

Good location, good breakfast, great check out time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean facility and clean room.

Parking lot needs repair, walls of the rooms are a bit thin and can hear noises and voices from other rooms. Mattresses are too soft. Housekeeping knocked and woke us up an hour prior to check out time to clean the room. This incident was 1 out of 2 nights of staying there.

The afternoon desk woman went out of her way directing me to the hotel after I became lost in the farmland in Freeland. She was amazing offering words of encouragement and direction. Please thank her for me

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. But the room was warm, the shower hot and the bed was comfortable. All-in-all a comfortable stay.

Liked everything of this location, facility and staff.

Beds were extremely soft and made it difficult to sleep. This is the only negative feedback I have. Housekeeping disturbed us 1 hour prior to check out to clean. This was extremely rude and aggressive, never experienced this before. Woke me up before my alarm was set for.

The location was awesome for what we went for. The beds were comfortable & clean.

I wish they had a refrigerator in the room to keep our drinks cold. There breakfast could be a little bit better but I wasn't trying to eat heavy either before getting on the road.

Breakfast was good. I liked that even at the later end of breakfast, they weren't low on items or putting away items during breakfast. Staff at front desk, both evening and morning were awesome and helpful.

Clean, quiet hotel located close to the Interstate and food/retail. Good facilities and friendly staff. We enjoyed the comfy bed.

The hotel was undergoing some updates, so the outside wasn't quite up the usual standard. This did not affect our stay.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Because I gave up meat due to health reasons I really appreciated the oatmeal and turkey sausage and the skim milk. I also liked the oat milk. It was all really good! Fairfield Inn is the first place I’ve stayed where healthy food choices are available! Thank you! Also, the beds were super comfortable! The Serta mattresses are amazing and provides an excellent night’s sleep. My sister said she had the best night’s sleep she’s had in a long time! The staff was also very accommodating! They did their best to fulfill our requests to make sure we had everything we needed.

There was a planned power outage. They were prepared for it and notified us when we checked in. It all went well. Power was off 11:30pm until 4:45 am. All was well

Room was clean, staff was nice. Loved the pool.the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have time for the breakfast. In room coffee was fine.

The noise out side early early morning..I am a light sleeper, even more so when not in my bed.
