Room clean and spacious, set up well, and away front desk and outside traffic, therefore quiet.

On arrival, we saw the old shutdown section and rough surface parking lot, saw smaller side building boarded up. I immediately thought what the hell have I done. Finally pulled up to the operating section slightly relieved but unsure, the interior was certainly outdated (80’s-90’s) but check in was quick and easy and throughout our stay no complaints but +++++ praise especially housekeeping and the young lady in the breakfast room.

There was an issue with my room after i checked in. The front desk person gave me a different room and was very apologetic, of which I highly appreciated. The staff was nice and welcoming. And it was very close to a few businesses which was awesome because i didn’t have a vehicle.

There wasn’t anything bad about the property. I have no complaints except that the batteries for the remote in my room didn’t work. Which wasn’t a big deal at all because i watch stuff on my iPad anyways. But, that was the only thing the I didn’t like.

breakfast was terrible, one day no eggs, next day no meat, potatoes, and eggs only doesn't quality for a good breakfast sorry, had to go out and buy breakfast after seeing that every morning.so actually paid twice,what you charged,that was included in my stay,and what we paid when we had to go buy a desent breakfast..

Perfect location, came here to visit Frankenmuth and to do some shopping in Saginaw and it was perfectly central to everything we were doing. The hotel itself was really nice and the staff was fantastic! Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Had a very comfortable sleep too! Would come back here again for our next trip out here!

I have no complaints at all. There was nothing wrong with this hotel.

Our next room neighbors, the 2 boys were so helpful and welcoming, lol. I wish I would have been able to tell their parents what nice young men they were before we headed out. Check-in staff was nice and very helpful as well.

The room we had probably could have had a small table or at least a coffee table. We unfortunately had driven many hours and it was late, so had food delivered, so a coffee table to set the food on would have been helpful, other than that, very nice room.

It was all around a very nice stay. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, and the beds were remarkably comfortable. Nice and quiet atmosphere.

Breakfast could have been a little better, location was quite a ways away from the rooms but a few more selections, fruit, milk, fresh coffee would have been a huge bonus

I have a Service Dog and they were really good about it. The staff was especially friendly and kind and helpful.

The location wasn’t the nicest as in the area safety wise and the parking lot was kind of dark (I arrived late at night, like 10/11pm). However, it was east to get in and out of as it was in the middle between both one way roads. I felt plenty safe once inside though. I was on my way home (appointments downstate, and I live in northern Michigan) and was rather tired, my service dog Belle also was tired of being in the car, as was I. when I stopped to get dinner I decided to look up places not far from there so I could just stay and rest before finishing heading home. With my health issues I can’t push it if I’m driving. But it was a great rate and very awesome staff so I even ended up the next morning extending my stay so I could rest up more and leave when I felt good.

The location was close to where I was going so works for me...spacious room and clean overall I was satisfied

Put some real soap in the bathroom..these little bar soap are for babies not for grown folks I was disappointed when I saw those 2 little bar soap you guys have to invest more in the soap please. thank you

The breakfast was OK. Small selection but the hot food was nice.

It was the coldest hotel I've ever been in and it was warm outside for February in Michigan. I mean the hallways and lobby were about 65 degrees. We also had to turn on the heat in our room bc it wasn't on. So it was really cold in there for a while.

The location was really close to the Dow center and it felt like a safe location. The lobby was pretty, loved all the wood trim in the lobby & in our room. The desk attendant was exceptionally nice which is appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable, the showerhead had a nice massage feature, room contained everything we needed. We didn't partake in the breakfast so really can't comment about that.

In the room, the coffee packets that were supplied was not compatible with the type of coffee maker we had in the room, that was a bit disappointing. The mattress at the foot of the bed was wet and it seeped through the sheets to my skin, it smelled like cleaning solution, not sure what happened there but glad it was a king bed so I was able to move over a little & avoid the area.
