The location was good and was close to things. Seemed quite and didn't see anything that would concern me or anything. The beds were comfortable. The amount we paid for 3 nights was very reasonable. We didn't wanna spend a ton of money on a hotel as we were going to be out and about a lot and just needed somewhere to rest our heads at night.

The towels were very small and thin. We stayed for 3 nights, and the whole time, no one came in to clean, take out trash, and make the bed or restock towels. My husband had to go to the office every day for extra towels. The place is a bit dated and could really use some up to date renovations. We didn't even try the breakfast because the place for breakfast was so small, so we decided to get breakfast elsewhere. My husband broke out with some type of rash after the first night. I DO NOT think it was bed bugs as I was never bitten, and the rash did not look like bites. I came to the conclusion that it was whatever they washed their linens in.

Super clean and tidy, no good carpet, the tub was bigger than the average hotel tub, staff was uber friendly, their available snacks and toiletries were extremely reasonably priced. The pillows are really soft and fluffy. As a side note, I was homeless at one point and stayed in a knights inn in grand rapids and it was $h!ť, so I was really nervous to book here. But it was better than other hotels that I've booked for more per night!

The bed was a bit firm for me. I still slept like the dead but by the time O woke up my hips (I'm a side sleeper) were pretty sore.

This place was conveniently located to where we was going. It was quiet. I would recommend this place to any one that wants a good cheap place

The door to our room was kinda hard to open and the bathroom door needs to be fixed as it probaly gotten wet but overall it was a great place to stay. If we are ever in that that area again I would stay there. They could had a blanket with a bedspread. We had left early do to a family emergency situation back home and I understand no refunds given back but most hotels charge u for the days that u stay.

The staff in the office were always very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. My partner got locked out of the room and they helped get him inside.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this establishment. I don't like the reason that required me to book the room but that isn't their fault.

Booking.com made it easy for reservation. Great price 1 night stay on a Friday. The room was clean, NO Bugs, laminate flooring. King-size bed was comfortable. Ice maker was working in room next door. Need to use key card tho. Close to restaurants and Frankenmuth Mi

Small TV on the wall a bit loose for the hanging attachment. Small microwave worked but cant use tall cups for coffee or tea. medium-sized or small cups fit.

The staff here are very friendly. We have stayed here in the past and are happy with the location.

Unfortunately, there was only 4 slices of bread @ 9 am, and 2 of them were crust. There was 1 muffin, 2 package of peanut butter and they were rock solid. And no coffee left. Breakfast was supposed to go until 10am so this was kinda disappointing.

My husband and I travel a great deal internationally, so we are fine-tuned to value/dollar. Though my husband had work to complete downstate, I had booked a room between his work and home because I was too tired to drive through the rain after dark. It was my good fortune to book a room at Knight’s Bridge. My room was clean and comfortable, the desk clerk was very kind, and the manager of maintenance allowed me an additional 30 minutes post-check out to organize my paperwork before departing.

The room was great

The front desk gentleman wasn't so friendly he wouldn't let us use our card at the desk so we used booking.com and he almost refused our room and we told him you can't do that our credit card is through the website and is all confirmed. He was quite rude about it. Other than him our stay was excellent.

It was pretty cozy. I slept pretty. Good it was convenient with having items for sale at the location. That location was very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby.

There was no blow dryer in the room.Stated there was on the website. The bathroom was very small.

The staff was great, the room was clean. I like that there was no carpet just hard floors. The location for us was perfect, right between Saginaw and Frankenmuth.

The room had a little stale odor but not horribly bad. That was about the only thing I could say that was not real appealing.
