Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was typical free breakfast - cereal, milk, fruit. However, you could also have eggs and/or make your own waffles. There was yogurt as well as Orange juice, coffee, bagels, cream cheese or butter.

We were on the first floor by the entrance/exit door . Every time someone came in or went out the door would slam. Then the door next to the outside door was for people to take the stairs. Every time someone came in from outside, not only did the outside door slam shut but the one leading to the stairs also slammed shut and you'd hear people stomping up the stairs. Lesson learned - for peace and quiet - do not stay on the first floor by the exit door to the parking lot.

Employees at front desk were very personable. The room was clean. Hotel had a variety of choices for breakfast. It was situated within walking distance of shops we wanted to visit in town. Hotel also had a nice hot tub and pool.

Really can't think of anything. The elevator was a little screechy, but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Staff was very welcoming since the moment I entered the place, I was greeted at all times whenever I encountered an employee. It made me feel appreciated . The place was super clean and very well maintained. I am hyper observant on things that need to be taken care off and I congratulate the maintenance staff to exceed my expectations.

Unfortunately... the breakfast was suuuuuper blah, and very poor selection, I had a cheese omelet it was very insipid, one bit and that was it, it was tasteless and very dry, I made a waffle and it was blah too, it tasted like flour and water, there wasn't any selection for yogurt, or fresh fruit. What I really liked is the oatmeal and the selection of toppings that really saved me from going out in search of a breakfast place, coffee was delicious. To be honest with you, probably the breakfast issue will influence my decision next time a select a hotel. Other than that I loved and enjoyed the hotel.

The breakfast was good and was very nice to be able to have that before we started our trip back home.

Really the only thing that I noticed was that there were not enough handicap grab bars in the bathroom. I felt there should be one next to the toilet and one as you're stepping into the shower. And maybe even another one inside the the shower area to hold onto. The other thing was not enough ice maker stations without having to go down to the lobby.

A clean, comfortable hotel close to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Frankenmuth. Despite being on the main drag, our room was quiet. Beds were a little on the soft side, which some people love. Shower was strong. Breakfast was more extensive than in many chain hotels.

At $200/night, it seemed expensive for what you get. But I guess that's downtown Frankenmuth. Some similar hotels nearby were even pricier. The little fitness center was a nice perk, but I wish it had an exercise bike (there was only a treadmill, an elliptical, and hand weights).

The property was located in the perfect place for our group. The personnel was amazing. The guys loved the morning breakfast. we were with our retired military group having a reunion. we stayed a full week & were allowed to use the kitchen when we had our afternoon snacks . needed the microwave & some extra utensils. everyone was so sweet.

Honestly it’s hard to say we found fault. when we needed linens, our rooms cleaned , trash emptied someone’ was there or said set it outside the door if we were leaving for the day. the pool chlorine was a bit harsh some days but that was likely good.

The breakfast could have been better. It was very very basic. They could have offered better items. The bread was terrible. And the sausage was tasteless. We ended us going out for breakfast after the first day.

The bread options the meat options the eggs were horrible. The orange juice was good and so was the muffins. The bagels were hard and very dry. Potatoes would have been nice.

Beds were super comfy. Room was a great size, plenty of space to spread out. Very clean. Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and they have adult only time. Close to everything you could want downtown.

Nothing I would change.

Our stay was better than anticipated! The handicapped shower was truly accessible! The room was very clean with a fridge and microwave. It was well sound proofed. The pool was nice and the water wasn't freezing.

The diverted shower head for washing sitting down did not work.

Good selection of breakfast food. Location was close to shops and restaurants. Clean room.

The room was really not any different from a cheaper hotel as far as what it had to offer. The walls seemed thin. Could hear people talking and walking loud.
