The location was great, right in the middle of everything! The Breakfast was great. Nice variety of breakfast food. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was very quiet and we were able to sleep great.

When we checked in, our room wasn't ready so we had to wait for it to be ready. But otherwise, we were very satisified. I do wish there was a Hot Tub in the Hotel. Parking was great, but parking lot was a little on the small side.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark, providing a relaxing environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient with everything within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good.

Cleaning was every other day, and check-in didn't mention it. Bathroom repairs and cleaning needed, with leftover items from previous guests under the vanity.

The breakfast was amazing. Thank you for that. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very nice.

I like coffee when I arrive to a hotel just to perk me up. That's always a nice little perk to have coffee and a snack in the waiting room. Some of your facilities offer cookies. Also, we asked for extra pillows and that was not an option. I understand it's a very busy time but pedals are nice

Location was great, front desk welcoming. Breakfast was suitable in selection of hot and cold offerings.

As soon as we walked into the hallway we noticed it needed vacuuming badly. Our room was dusty, especially moldings, bathroom under the sink are there was layers of dust. Bedding was very clean. Did find a cracker on the floor under the kitchen table as well. In other words, move and look underneath.

The rooms are exceptional. My wife and I are newly wedded seniors with Frankenmuth being the favorite honeymoon destination of my wife,out of all the places we've stayed, this is by far our favorite.

Maid service is atrocious, after many requests for towels, which seemed to be ignored, we had to finally get them ourselves...

So very convenient to the town. Within walking distance to everything. Great breakfast. Pool was very clean and workers were very accommodating.

The negative on breakfast was that sausage was served almost everyday. Bacon was served only 1 times in the entire week. Our grandchildren preferred bacon to sausage. I would try and do every other day with both.

The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The breakfast had plenty of options and was tasty. I appreciate coffee being available 24 hours and it was a new coffee machine that uses coffee beans for each brew. It was fast and very good.

Everything was very good. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Housecleaning they was great and always helpful. The lady that did the breakfast was awesome. The front desk women was great and pleasant and helpful.

The manager that filled in for the lady. He was a JERK slamming and banging and not have the stuff full like the lady dose.he had no manners, just pushed his way and bumped into people.

Reception staff was friendly, courteous and welcoming. We were greeted warmly and receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good, creative, better than competition

Nice modern facility but furnishings looked tired. Nightstand drawer was broken and would not function. Hallways showed wear on walls from service carts and customer traffic.

Just park your car and walk to most stores, restaurants and attractions. Perfect location. Staff were friendly and efficient, buffet breakfast had lots of choices, the room was comfortable and clean.

It's a bit expensive but you are paying for the location. The small fitness center was warm and adding disinfectant wipes would have been appreciated
