Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice pool and hot tub area. Friendly staff

We were very impressed. The Hampton was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub area was clean and the water was warm. Would highly recommend. It was close to all of the shopping!

The pillows were a little hard, but I am a pillow snob. Other than that, I cannot complain at all. Overall great place to stay, great staff, and would come back :).

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms are nice and cozy for the price. It feels more family friendly safe here. My room is very clean walked inn never in life have i had a thank you card from Mrs T. Both beds are comfy. Im even excited i have my own coffee in mv room provided from here. Looking fwd to seeing what breakfast is like in the morning. Im sure will be amazing.

When we first arrived the welcome we received was outstanding. This was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn and Ken who was on the front door could not have been more welcoming. This was greatly appreciated after a long trip. All of our requests were taken care of and we had nothing to worry about.

If I had to pick one thing that I didn't like it would be that there were no clocks in the bedrooms. It would be helpful to have a clock in the bedroom area.

The staff were amazing. The room was easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice. Hotel was very clean considering their renovation happening.

Nothing that I did not like but there are renovations happening so it made it a bit more difficult but the staff were still great and worked around it well. The location is good but it is in a remote area.

Clean bed sheets/room, loved the fridge, and the bathroom ledge under the mirror. Also, breakfast attendant who mopped the floors was very courteous and pleasant when I wanted to microwave some food after breakfast hours!

Air quality in the hotel was very humid and slight musty smell in hallways and in room. Not THAT unpleasant but definitely not the most comfortable. It was not as humid outside. As soon as we walked in the air quality was different, more humid.

Excellent location to Premium Outlets, Frankenmuth, Saginaw etc. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Nice room and bathroom. Was quiet as well. Didn’t hear doors banging ever like some other hotels.

Breakfast was ok. Tea selection was poor. Did not get any room cleaning for some reason. We stayed 2 nights. Hallway ceilings are low and the carpet was outdated.

I love how we can go to Frankenmuth and plus the quiet place was smoothing to our ears. The place smells so good you can tell they were cleaning

Only thing that through me off were the ice machine were on the first floor. But I truly understand though that they are under remodeling.

The lobby and hall were clean and close to attraction

was there with a service dog and they charged me a $50 deposit, per ada law they was not to do that, and are room had a musty smell along with mold in window area and it bugged my allergy.

Located just off the highway and very convenient to where we wanted to be. The toilets in a standard room should all be handicapped tall as I have an injury and was difficult getting on and off the toilet 😞
