The hotel staff & cleanliness were great! The manager was awesome correcting booking errors that occurred through booking.com.

The property was great, but I made reservations for 2 queen beds. Upon check in I was told my reservations were for flow through. Only a king bed was available, so the first night I slept on a rollaway bed. The coils in that bed, were like sleeping on pine cones. The awesome manager moved us the next day to a room with 2 queen beds. It was all planned out & I reserved a room with 2 queen beds through booking.com. “That’s not what I received upon check-in. It was an embarrassing situation & uncomfortable on the 1st night. I’ll definitely have reserved thoughts about booking through booking.com again!!!

My husband and I treated our daughter and family to celebrate our two granddaughters birthday!! Our goal was to have family fun in the pool!!

While the hotel and our room was very clean the pool deck was filthy!! Not sure what the issue was but I'm thinking dirt from the potted plants caused most of the issue! This morning my daughter took the girls to the pool and it was the same message with a few beer cans laying about!! Also there were no towels!! Yesterday or today!!

Staff was great, price was decent, hotel was near many places to eat & shop. Pool & hot tub was very good.

The place is kind of dated, was hard to see electrical outlets & charging ports in the room. The room I was in had damage to the bathroom wall. (room 343). Pillows not very good. Coffee & fridge too small.

The hotel was recently remodeled, very modern.Very comfortable, pleasant staff, good supply of breakfast items. The pool looked inviting, but I could not partake. The beds were very comfortable, the room and common areas were also very clean. Well taken care of hotel.

Being charged my debit card $250.00 for damage . I freaked out when I saw my banking account with a withdrawl for $704.18 for 2 nights. Called hotel they told me it was the 3rd party charge and it will be returned back to my checking account in 3-5 days. Why wasn't this on the booking page. What if I only had an extra $250.00 in my account? I'd have NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY FOR 5 DAYS ??? BAD BOOKING.COM

The person working at the front desk was exceptionally kind while helping us resolve an issue with the TV remote. The room was very clean.

I am a little disappointed our room didn't have a bathtub. I booked that room specifically for that added amenity. Otherwise, our visit was fantastic.

When we arrived we were told there was no room for us. I told them I had a reservation and they told me 3rd parties have been overbooking. I explained it was late, we were tired and I had kids who needed to sleep. They were able to find us a room.

We did not have enough beds.

Very unhappy that bookings.com hadn’t pushed my reservation, made days earlier, through to the Holiday Inn!! The front desk had no record of my reservation. Luckily, they had one room available, or my daughter and I would have had nowhere to stay for our weekend!! Unfortunately, I’ve had this happen before, but thought it was a fluke miscommunication, but have learned this situation happens regularly with bookings.com. I will be leery from now on.

Cleanliness, staff was polite

I was not informed about a $250 security deposit on top of the charge for the room rate that was charged to my card and it put my bank account in the negative. Then told it takes 7-10 business days to refund the money. I will NOT be staying there ever again

Shavana was excellent, she was professional, kind, quickly provided me with the help I needed before I arrived.

The coffee make in the room did not work, I was in room 341. I explained this to the desk clerk when I checked out, he thanked me for letting him know.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast on weekend was good. Price of the stay was affordable.

Pool was extra warm and spa was cold. Being worked on by maintenance. Hard to find hotel. Very busy city. Breakfast on Monday was not so good.
