the restaurant was amazing. great food, fast services, amazing prices. room was super clean. amazing view of the river.

we arrived early and as someone who works in hospitality, arriving early usually means a wait. that being said, there was no one else arriving and we still had to wait from 2:15 until nearly 4:20 to be checked in. normally front desk would communicate with housekeeping that a guest has arrived early and then that room would get prioritized. the room shouldn’t have taken more than 1 hour to clean. other staff were also surprised at how long we had to wait. we also witnessed another early arrival checking in online into a room they apparently shouldn’t have been able to access since maintenance was changing filters.

This is a great place. It's absolutely beautiful and the location is great.

Apparently, there was an issue with their fire alarm system. The alarms went off after midnight and we had to go outside to wait for the "all clear". Oh, and it was below freezing outside. We felt really bad for the families that had little children!! The alarm went off again in the morning. Poor people were trying to eat breakfast.

The location as a river front facility within walking distance to park, restaurants and planetarium was perfect.

Unable to check in earlier than 4 and kids were unable to use the pool facility until we were assigned a room. While waiting in the lobby many many other guests were able to check in. Second elevator was out of order causing congestion.

Jessica at the reception desk at check in was amazing and so nice. Even with all the events going on this weekend it was quiet. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was great.

The morning reception staff was not friendly and very rude. I had a problem with someone parking on the lines in the handicap spots and couldn't get in my vehicle and they were no help.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to many bars and restaurant options.

Breakfast is not included in your base room rate, but is from their restaurant not just continental breakfast. We did not purchase the breakfast since we were departing before breakfast started.

The location was perfect for us. The hotel hallways were quiet, the room and bathroom spacious and clean. The hotel sits on the bank of the water, so there’s a river walk to hop on whenever you want. You receive a complimentary cookie when you check in. They were delicious!

For our first stay, it was perfect in every way and worth every penny. We headed straight to the spa and pool after we arrived and enjoyed a relaxing time. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room. After our event, we went to the hotel bar and lounge for a wonderful dinner with drinks. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! We loved the bread pudding. The staff throughout were great. A shout out to Andrew, our waiter at breakfast, for taking good care of us at breakfast. After check out, we stayed awhile to walk along the river and enjoy the beautiful fall day. It was a magical visit that my husband and I will remember.

Everything. It was wonderful. I loved the location. I love the breakfast. The pool was warm and beautiful. The got tub was hot. The beds were comfortable. I slept like a baby. It was very very nice!!!

The price, however, it was totally worth it.

This is our 2nd time staying here and it didn't dissappoint. The staff was great, the elevator and hallways smelled GREAT, the room was just right, and the bed was comfortable.

We had breakfast buffet the next morning, not many options. I wanted a latte, not an option. When we paid (cash) we waited a long time for change to be provided. We were getting close to checkout time and we still needed to pack out stuff.

Stayed here so we could attend a concert. The location was great and had easy access to downtown and to both riverside parks. Veteran's Memorial Park was across the river (a 7-minute walk across the bridge), and Wenonah Park was across the parking lot. There were ample places to eat and drink all within a few minutes walk. The hotel had a pool though we did not use it. There was also an in-house bar and restaurant but we didn't use their service. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Our view was nice with an overlook of the Saginaw River. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again when traveling through Bay City.

No complaints from us. Was a great stay.
