We did not eat the hotel breakfast we went out, as we are cracker barrel lovers and one is just down the road from this hotel. We also learned there are many other restaurants very near by!A Meijer is right across the street. Great location! Very clean, comfortable and very kind staff we were very impressed and will definitely be back as it isn't far from our home so it's the perfect night away!

The only negative was you can hear the people above you walking across the floor, putting luggage down on the floor or you could hear heavy things drop on the floor. So that was kind of annoying but thankfully not something we heard through the night, so it didn't keep us from sleeping. We were on the second floor so there are three floors next time I will just request the third floor, problem solved! 😉 It certainly wasn't a deal breaker for us or will keep us from booking here again.

The property is close to everything. There is a regional grocery store across the street you can get everything you may need or forgot. The rooms were VERY clean and the beds are super comfortable. I did not hear any sounds (hallway noise, doors etc) outside my 3rd floor room. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like isn’t a deal breaker by any means. I was traveling alone this trip so I didn’t always shut the bathroom door and the door opened right into my knees if I did leave it open. Definitely not a deal breaker but I’m really picky and this was the only thing I could find wrong with my room.

The room suite was very spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with so many options for our family and always well plenished.

Another comment regarding room #215 and its bathroom... there is no fan in the bathroom so you can see the mold on the ceiling and definitely could use an update. The water in the tub and sink would back up easy. That is our only complaint about our experience.

I enjoyed the large parking lots around the back of the facility which allowed me to get in a nice walk before sundown. Breakfast was average. Got a very good deal for our one night, which helps shape my opinion. Overall, pretty good experience and I'd consider staying here again.

I'm not from around the area but I don't think I'd want to be out after dark based on the main road leading to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Check-in was simple and fast.

The ability to hear the people above us walking/stomping around. The tub was worn or stained. The sink wasn't draining properly. The ac in a separate room Of suite had a musty smell as if it needed cleaned or filter changed. Not strong but noticeable.

breakfast was great, pool was decent. friendly staff. convenient, decent price.

beds were not the greatest in comfort, but not horrible. and the heater in the wall was detaching from the wall and cold air from outside was blowing in. also had some kitchen ants on our table by our food. not a huge deal though. overall would still stay again. decent price. and was pretty clean.

Wonderful, accommodating staff. Generous size, clean, updated room. Pool was nice, we enjoyed an evening swim. Breakfast was a great start to our day!

Our only complaint is how low to the floor the toilet seat was. Both my husband & I had trouble with it. And we were in a standard king suite room on 3rd floor.

Tina in breakfast did well managing a large group of teenagers . When spoken with her, she was executing without the knowledge of the size of group needing to be served and time was essential for Robotics competition. She came in early on Saturday, to prepare better, and had an excellent hot and ready breakfast. Front desk did well with accommodating us to get an extra room last minute due to a snowstorm. Great phone communication and personal communication. Housekeeping did not know that our room had become stay over, but right away they pulled it together and provided us a change of towels.

I would suggest placing the right amount of towels for the size of their rooms to accommodate, especially if they know how many people are staying ahead of time. Requesting towels is a additional to be on time for events or business can be timely. I understand that it is only if the room is honest on their size, in this situation for us we should have had 5 towel sets because we notified Booking of 4 and we also informed hotel by adding the extra day and a cot. Not sure but house keeping needs to be notified of the size.

Comfortable beds, large room. Breakfast had a wide variety and was very inviting. There were a few cracked tile and paint scuffs, but otherwise very well taken care of.

The elevator was a little rickety. Otherwise, nothing!

The staff was exceptional and helped me get a package shipped out. The breakfast bar is excellent and the location is great for easy access to the highway as well as downtown.
