Upon check-in front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Before checking out, I went to ask for 2 towels from the housekeeper, which was very nice. She went into the laundry room and the housekeeper in there said we shouldn't get towels if we were checking out even though we still had about an hour before we had to check out and my daughter wanted to shower because she went swimming. She questioned why we didn't have any towels as well and I stated that we used some for the pool and then I was told that we should have asked for pool towels behind the desk.

I loved the breakfast. There was so many things to choose from. I liked that when I wasn't real hungry that there was stuff to take the edge off. Thx.

The last time I came I was able to pay cash when I got there. But this time with no warning I had to pay with a card because 2wks prior some people trashed a RM anc paid cash and the owner is trying to recoup the money through court. I had to have my dad pay with his card because I was still waiting for my replacement card from my bank. I understand but if I didn't have my dad with me what would I have done. Maybe next time put it in the website cards only so I knew ahead of time. I will come back though. I have always enjoyed my stay here.

When you entered the building everything was spotless and the person working the desk was very helpful checking in... If you needed anything they were available to make the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was really good in the morning and the location was prefect.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond when the ceiling above the hot tub in our room starting leaking. The hotel is dated but the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The outside was very unwelcoming and dated and as we pulled up we were very worried that if the outside looked like that what did the inside look like, however, looks can be very deceiving and we were happily surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming staff inside.

Loved the room service, the room was outdated but clean the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly, the price was very reasonable.

Not much water pressure in the shower and I could only get lukewarm water even after letting it run for a few minutes.

property was clean and the staff was very helpful and very understanding to go back and look for objects I thought I left in the room. I found them later and the manager was as relieved as I was . Great staff!

Boat parking and plug in availability is a nice feature. Pool was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Good price and location, easy access and nice facilities. Would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly.

Hot tub wasn’t working during stay, not a big deal but would have been nice. Additional breakfast options including some proteins would be nice, having only bread items and pastries and cereal doesn’t work for some dietary restrictions.

Very clean remodeled room. Even the hallway carpet was clean and new. Whole hotel smelled clean. Breakfast was fine. Property was quiet and we could bring our dog for $25. Own wets and staff delightful.

Pool and hot tub were great, one of the reasons we chose here to stay. Price was good for the location. A little out of town but clean and comfortable.

Just a little more options for the breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy. But all in all breakfast was good.
