The hotel was literally around the corner from the fairgrounds where we were participating in a horse show. The afternoon manager checked us in and he actually brought a luggage cart out to meet us at the door closest to our room, he was training a new employee at the time and they both helped anytime I needed something. The hotel is very well kept, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We liked the continental breakfast, lots to eat and kept the food very warm. We were do happy we booked the hotel again for the hose show at the end of June. We will be back every time we have a show in the area!

My family has consistently stayed at this location for four years. Great location, and most importantly CLEAN! The in room fridge and microwave are perfect for late night snacks after a full day of adventures, and the pool is always a win. The lobby also features freshly popped popcorn, ice water, ice tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day which is great!

I was surprised to find out that breakfast service ended at 9a. Strange considering checkout is not until 11a. Luckily my family is full of early rises, but not good if you are hoping to sleep in.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is super comfortable, quiet, and gives a great sense of security. The booking process was easy and quick, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly without any stress. Everything was very practical and well organized — I felt truly welcomed!

There was nothing that really bothered me during my stay. Everything went smoothly — from the check-in to the overall comfort and peacefulness of the hotel. I felt very welcome and well taken care of the entire time. If I had to mention something, it would be the breakfast, which felt a bit modest compared to what I’m used to in my home country, where hotel breakfasts tend to offer a wider variety. But I understand this may be due to cultural differences, and it didn’t affect my overall experience.

Lots of fun complimentary stuff, free board game rentals, super helpful friendly staff, nice clean pool and veranda a real gem at a great price! Also some great photo ops by the front with a double decker bus and old London telephone booth!

There is a $100 deposit due at the site that we were not warned about at all on booking so make sure you have extra money! Good news is it was back on our card the next day even though they said it could take 10 days.

I honestly had a really great experience with the front desk staff while staying here, and the hotel room was super cozy and accommodating for my dog and I. One interesting tidbit that you won't see here on the booking website is that this baymont location has a really interesting history and pretty neat decor both inside its lobby and outside its doors. I absolutely loved the collection inside of the lobby, and the double-decker bus outside was super unique. If you are traveling with kids, I will note that this hotel felt very family friendly, and the free popcorn and coffee/water/tea by the front desk was a lovely touch. The pool area seemed to be a huge hit as well. I would gladly stay here again

Breakfast was a little better than the typical "Continental Breakfast." Though the selection was pretty high in sugar / carbs. Fabulous restaurant just down the road! Antonios - Greek, Italian, American etc Staff was very friendly. Did not actually interact much. Interesting displays / photos / murals of British double-decker busses!

We usually prefer a full breakfast, but knew from the property listing what to expect.

The staff was courteous and professional. The decor of the lobby and halls was welcoming. There are photo op props. Additionally, there is a working indoor pool and hot tub. Love that there is complimentary water, coffee, tea, iced tea, or hot chocolate as well as popcorn.

The breakfast was only open until 9 am on the weekend. Open until 10 am would be preferable for the weekend.

I liked that they were able to fill my request for a room--away from elevator/loud guests and on second floor. That was really, really appreciated! The beds were comfy and the popcorn in the afternoon was great, too.

When I clicked on a link on my phone, a message kept saying that the wifi connection was not secure. Also, I wish the breakfast included some form of eggs.

The staff treated me warmly when I arrived and during my stay. Appreciated were the cookies and fresh popcorn at check-in and, after a day of travel, that the hottub water was hot and the jets strong. In addition, the bed was comfortable, room clean, and quiet. (P.S. Sound-sensitive folks, consider getting a room that faces the front of the hotel.

The hotel itself was very very clean and neat the rooms were spotless and very nice mattresses. The bed was so comfortable. The front desk host Todd i believe was very accommodating and very nice and informative. The breakfast was your standard continental but still good quality. The rates were very affordable too.
