Very clean, and the overall maintenance seemed good from what I could see. The staff were all very friendly. From check-in, to cleaning staff, to breakfast staff. Which speaking of, the continental breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, waffle station, bagels/toast.. it was all fresh, and perfect temps. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and bright. It was appreciated that the showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash; and the lotion in the bathroom by the mirror. It seemed to be decent quality. And it made my hippie heart happy to see a reduction in plastic/trash. We loved that our fur babies were welcomed, and that they had a bag station and nice/large amount of grass for them to use. The location was perfect to be close to everything needed, but also not far from family that lives near by. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone else needing a hotel in midland as well!

Elevator was fully functional, but it made a lot of weird noises/shakes that made us uneasy. Also, the print of the carpet in the stairwell is awful and causes dizziness. Seems to be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

It had that ‘small unique’ business sense. It didn’t seem cold & impersonal. I will frequent this chain as I hopefully will start to travel again. We thank you for your hospitality.

It wasn’t a free ride. Hahahaha. Choose to maintain a positive attitude. Attitude is a Choice that you control.

There is so much to say. The room was beautiful, roomy, and perfectly clean. The food was delicious, and the staff in the breakfast area was superb. The location was 5 minutes to everywhere we went.

Nothing, there is not anything that I didn't like.

The location was perfect. We went to the Midland antique festival and the hotel was near the entrance. It was perfect.

The only thing that kept us from giving a 10 rating was that there was old food left in the small fridge in the room that did not get cleaned out before we arrived.

I stay there at different times of the year, I was in Midland for the LPGA golf tournament it was played at Midland Country Club, I called to book a room at the price was well over a $ 120.00 more then I normally pay, does it cost you more to run a hotel when a golf tournament is in town? No its pure greed. I stayed at one of your competitors around the corner at a reasonable price

Stayed here for Tailgates n Tallboys festival was within walking distance. The elevator sounded a little sketchy, but we survived. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Price was a little higher than I liked, but you pay for convenience.

The staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We found the hotel quiet and the room comfortable

I should have requested foam pillows for a more restful sleep.

Pool and hot tub were a nice touch, also used the exercise room.It was a little too warm but functional.

To much Corine in the pool room. It made our eyes burn and made us cough cut out pool outing short due to this.

Breakfast was good- A variety of foods were available.

Light in room could be improved.There were no overhead lights.The air conditioner wasn't able to cool the room.
