Holiday Inn was beautiful. Very clean, outstanding front desk staff.

Hostess in restaurant was a little rude. Waitress was great. Bar staff very friendly. The night we stayed at Lacross team was there. The kids were very rude. Coaches used the only luggage racks for their equipment. They could of off loaded their equipment and let other people make use of them. But that is not your fault.

No one provided information about breakfast. We ate elsewhere.

There was a wrestling tournament and a hockey tournament in town. There were a lot of kids in the hot tub, jumping as if it were a pool, and having a snowball fight. By the time I was hit with the third snowball, I had enough. I wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but parents were not parenting their children.

Loved the breakfast, the waitresses where amazing. I love the second shift lady that runs the front desk, she was the best! The pool and the hot tub where amazing. Our room was amazing, we had a great time.

only problem is we had a couple kids have a reaction to the amount of chlorine or chemicals in the pool and hot tub.

The hotel was clean. The staff was professional and quick with service. I liked the soap, body wash, lotion dispensers in the room.

Our room wasn't cleaned daily, even though I spoke with the staff each morning, letting them know when we were leaving for the day.

Loved how close it was to everything. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms were kept very clean. When our lamps went out unexpectedly, the maintenance employee quickly and efficiently handled the situation.

We were not told that breakfast only included two people when we had three guests. Nor were we informed at check in of the coupon that you had to present at breakfast.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Bathroom had weird hand held sliding shower that pointed horizontally and couldn’t be adjusted (just slid straight up and down. Toilet paper holder was in a weird location under the vanity, almost out of reach of the toilet. Room trashcans too small. Horrible pillows (zero support).

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt like there was a lot of space. The pool was also very nice as well as the hot tub. We also liked that there was a restaurant/ bar inside the hotel.

The restaurant and bar were a bit pricey but that is as really. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and the staff at the restaurant were very nice.

The staff was friendly ! They had plenty to do for the all ages indoor pool, pool table, and a sports bar attached to the hotel

The parking fills up quickly at night and the workers were a little loud in the hallways each morning

This hotel was very attractive and the room we had was quite large and very clean, with comfortable beds. The pool was great! A nice plus to have poolside service from the restaurant! Also nice to have thr option to add breakfast to the room.

The breakfast on Monday (our first morning) had a nice selection, but the food was poorly made. Tuesday was better, however. Also very annoying, and the reason the hotel didn't get an "excellent" rating, was having the room keys "turned off" each morning. The front desk staff denied this, but we observed many people getting their keycards renewed. The second morning it happened before checkout, so we had to renew the card just to finish packing and get our luggage.

I thought the housekeeping staff was exceptional! They were very friendly and helpful. I also thought your pool and hot tub area were exceptional as well. Finally, I'm a big fan of Big E's so I love that restaurant as well.

There's nothing I didn't like.
