I booked the king Suite with the jacuzzi hot tub and we had a wonderful time. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. My wife has told me it was the best birthday she’s ever had.

That we had to go upstairs. My wife broke her back in 2016 and has an incomplete spinal cord injury that makes it difficult to go up stairs.

Beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is always relaxing when we stay at the location and the staff our extremely nice and helpful

Same as before I know lots of people sleep with more then one pillow at night so that would be nice in the rooms some extra pillows.

My room was comfortable and the whirlpool was even more comfortable. Beds were nice but needed more pillows. The staff was nice and helpful as well.

Need more pillows on your beds at least two to a person especially when couples stayayne just in the whirlpool rooms.

How dirty the pool was. There was floating food in pool from kids. Needs to be cleaned on a more frequent schedule

The room was comfortable, and clean. The staff was very nice too.

There wasn't anything bad about the place itself. Just, there was a couple fighting somewhere in the building. Kept us up longer than we wanted.

The 2nd night we were there we seen cockroaches coming out from the headboards it's and that is nasty And hair was found in the tub
