The young lady behind the desk, I believe her name was Courtney, but I am not sure. She was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Every time I saw her she was smiling, happy and helping people. She helped us coordinate two birthdays at the hotel and went above and beyond what she was supposed to be doing. I told her I absolutely loved her. I would go back to the hotel just to see her. I was there to surprise my son who lives in Midland and she even helped with the surprise. She is awesome and I hope she gets some recognition from this answer.

I loved the room, the areas to sit in the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire building. I will recommend your hotel to everyone.

BR could use a few more hooks/towel bars. Moderately-rough towels, Marriott really should $$ into upgrading the towels instead of anything else in this newer (?@5y/o) and otherwise great hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. If you like soft beds (we don’t), these were probably luxurious. Very convenient fridge and mw in the room. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room but they looked very nice and well kept. The location was absolutely perfect—close to downtown and facilities but quiet and low traffic area, very easy to get around.

Very clean and comfortable. Location downtown is very nice. Parking very good . Staff pleasant and friendly. 1st floor fairly quiet midweek. Good coffee in the morning. We were able to check in an hour early after calling them ahead of time. Big showers, mirrors didn't fog.

Breakfast ended at 9:30am. For the price you'd think they could run this to 10 or 10:30am. We missed it as we slept in a touch and then got ready. We were told it was 9:30.. just felt it wasn't vacation friendly.

The breakfast was phenomenal with an array of choices to make anyone smile. They had choices of tea, coffee, hot cocoa, jiuce, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffle maker, two kinds of meat, eggs (with topping choices), bread, bagels, muffins.... should I go on?! Clean room, good accommodations, and friendly staff.

The pool was on the smaller side and the gym had a glass wall that anyone could see in. I would feel less comfortable doing a rough workout in this room. Since we last came out for Thanksgiving, our first stay there, we did not use the gym and I cannot speak for the equipment.

1st think I noticed was the cleanliness of the hotel. My wife and I are both in housekeeping so it's easy for us to notice things that haven't been kept up. We did not, everything was very clean. The housekeeping staff obviously care about what they do, GREAT JOB!!

Breakfast was good, I would like to have bacon and/it sausage, though.

Property has great location for us. Our daughter goes to Northwood. Our room was very clean as was the Facilities. Could use better pillows in the room seemed a little damp

The room seem damp and like the air didn’t wanna keep flowing or keep even turned on

Cleaning of room only twice during an 8 day stay. Also, when cleaned items were not restocked: coffee, cups, washcloths, shower mat.

Everything!! Super clean, the breakfast was delicious The location is great and most importantly Sara did a great job, she was super friendly and and took the time to explain everything. THANK YOU SARA.

The hot selections were good. Wish you had a better selection of muffins or rolls.
