The staff member I met was super nice, the beds were comfortable, and check-in & check-out were easy. Microwave worked great. I didn’t use the TV, but it looked new. Bathroom had more towels & rags than we needed. The curtain covered the entire window when closed so we didn’t have to worry about privacy. There were also plenty of places to sit besides the two beds (a desk with a rolling chair & a small dining table with two dining chairs).

One of the beds’ covers had stains near the end. The carpet on the floor was clean but hard & uncomfortable to walk on. The bathroom was a little small, mostly the counter space was lacking. There was a bar of soap by the sink but the liquid soap dispenser on the wall was empty. The trash can was a little too small for us since we had leftover food to toss.

The property was quiet and clean. The staff here is outstanding. Going so far as to help my girlfriend when I was at work and she had car issue. It's surprising how comfortable and nice the rooms was. We will definitely be back.

Exchange being close to town with being quiet and secluded.

When making the reservation, we made a request for a quiet room and explained we would be arriving late. We received a very quick "no problem" in response. The motel was away from town, but easy to find. The bed linens were clean and fresh. The AC (we arrived on a hot, summer night) worked great. The room came with a small fridge and microwave and coffee maker. We only used the fridge which kept our bottled water very cold.

We're seniors with some joint issues. The step into the room was high and also, the threshold was presented a tripping hazard. A grab bar near the door would have been handy. The shower stall also had a high step and no grab bars. The toilet was not comfort height and again, had no grab bar. The bathroom door could not close and lock -- too much paint, maybe -- which was not an issue for us, but some people might find it a problem. We didn't ask for a handicap accessible room -- not sure this facility had one.

Country setting. It was close get to M-46 where I needed to go get across the river in Saginaw to my benefit concert at The Vault. The next day I went south to The Outlets at Birch Run, probably just over 10 miles away.

The thresholds are a bit too high to get in and out of the hotel room easily. But they may have had a block that was taken away to clear snow away easier. I'm also aware that the area was probably flooded many times in the spring from the rivers in the area.

Owner/check in was fast and friendly. He took time to give me directions. Nice guy.

The lighting could have been better for makeup application but I'm pretty cute as is,none needed:-)

We stayed in a King room in Relax Inn for about 5 days. I felt at home and felt very welcomed by the staff. This place is pet friendly, very calm and quiet during all hours of the day, and the views from the sky are incredible during morning and dusk. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. We had our light fixture go out during a storm and the staff had it fixed for us by the afternoon. We did not leave our dogs in the room and we returned to clean made beds.

Only thing I didn’t like was the wifi not working. Since we travel for work, we need access to high speed internet. We made due by getting a hotspot from a local Verizon, but if wifi worked as expected we would’ve had an incredible all around experience.

The room was a good size and very clean and nicely decorated including the carpet. The king bed was very comfortable. The room had a nice table and 2 chairs plus an office chair and desk. The small fridge worked well. Also a great TV with lots of channels. A coffee pot was also included. The bathroom was very clean and bright with soft towels. The shower worked very well. The location is slightly out of the way but restaurants and McDonalds are about 10 minutes away. We would certainly stay there again.

The internet could have been a little stronger.

A simple place to stay overnite. Simple amenities. It was clean and taken care of. Manager was obliging for extra towels and need for ice to keep food cold over nite, until we returned home the following day.

I was traveling by myself to Frankenmuth to enjoy my birthday. The staff were always very friendly on the telephone as well as in person. They calmed my nerves about traveling alone, and the stay was perfect. Thank you so much for helping me. Enjoy my birthday in Frankenmuth.

The shower was small and dark and the beds didn't have blankets.
