Young lady that checked me in did a great job.

Because of a storm the power went out, not the hotels fault. One woman at the desk, not the one who checked me in, was very rude when I tried to ask if the power company had any idea when power might be restored. She told her boss it didn't happen which made me mad. Owner was very gracious. Wish they would take out the carpet and put in some other kind of flooring. Room had a smell of weed and the fridge had not been cleaned out.

It was a good location right on the Canada borderline which is what I was looking to see I was walking distance from a couple different beaches so I got to collect some Petoskey stones and some other stuff I also never get to go to lunch on Silver's cuz we don't have one in Florida and they had one that was there pretty darn close so I was super happy about that the facilities were good they don't offer breakfast unless you pay to have breakfast there but there's a nice indoor pool nice gym staff was really nice definitely will go back and stay there again next time I go up there

I don't really have any complaints I guess if it was anything it would be the fact that they didn't offer breakfast without you having to pay extra for it at the restaurant

The staff were the best thing about this hotel. Several stand out staff (Cassandra and drea at the front desk who were friendly and super helpful!) karen who took care of the awesome breakfast and WITH A SMILE refilled the strawberries for our waffles 10 min before it was closing! Oh yes and BACON on the buffet! Even Antonio who was mopping the lobby was friendly and patient even when we messed up his spotless floor :) The nice obvious recent remodel included Soft sheets and towels which is always a big deal to me :)

The only reason I originally booked the hotel was because of the jacuzzi. The plan being after a long drive to relax in the hot tub. Ended up not getting in until after midnight Saturday and it was closed (as expected!) but had a sign on the door saying jacuzzi wasn’t heating. Asked Cassandra (who was awesome at check in!) how cold it was? room temp? Ok that worked for me! THEN saw the “NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS” and wanted to cry. I think that needs to be listed on the booking.com site to prevent others from being disappointed. I will say if the staff hadn’t been so awesome I would have been a WHOLE lot saltier about the jacuzzi, it but they were so nice I couldn’t even ask for a discount :(

The initial room assigned had been smoked in (weed). I requested to be moved to a different room. The night desk person (young lady) was exceptional! She took very good care of us and asked if we even wanted to be moved to a different floor as the smell of weed was awful. She even caught the folks smoking weed in a different room on the same floor. She moved us to a different floor and room. Rest of the stay was great.

The staff was great, so very helpful. Karen (the breakfast attendant) was incredible, she went above & beyond to make sure my family members with severe food allergies (1 with an anaphylactic dairy allergy who is also very allergic to wheat & egg) had food to eat. Karen’s thoughtfulness along with the rest of the staff’s hard work made what started out with some frustration (due to strong smells in one of the 2 suites we reserved and them not having another comparable room to exchange it for) a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool is closed on Sundays for cleaning. While I appreciate them making sure the indoor pool and spa area are kept extremely clean and well maintained, the fact that it is not mentioned in the description anywhere that the pool is only Monday-Saturday is (in my opinion) an issue. When we where checking in we asked about the pool and it’s hours and only then did we find out that it was closed on Sundays. We where able to move our plans around so the kiddos could go swimming (as they had been promised they would get to do), however the original plan was for them to get to enjoy the pool on Sunday so if we had not asked my kids would not have gotten to swim which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel to begin with.

Very spacious, immaculately clean, room ( the rest of the facilities too!) Stocked with everything you'd need. Excellent staff. Convenient location. Even the heavy doors kept hall noise to a minimum on a sold out event weekend. Great value for money in VERY expensive travel times.

Single ply toilet paper?!! C'mon guys... 🙄 Horrible lighting in tub/toilet enclosure. And hire at least one more person for breakfast service. The poor (lovely!) woman there was absolutely doing her best and even tho she clearly knew her stuff, she was overwhelmed — leaving your guests stalled when they all had elsewhere to be.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and competent. The location is convenient. The breakfst bar was well maintained. The pool area was in good shape. The wi-fi worked well.

The fitness room was underwhelming. The cardio machines weren't working. The weight rack was in an inconvenient spot, and the room itself is too small. the weight tower was missing attachments.

I think pool an hot tub should be open longer also check out little later. Pool should be available 24/7. Should have a earlier check in cause 4 is little late in day.

The deal should have been buy 2 get 1 free that time you stay not for next time. Prices could been little lower. I was told we have a few hours to swim before checking out but was rushed.

Our breakfast was a cold breakfast because the cook had been given two days off for Thanksgiving and the Friday following Thanksgiving. For a cold breakfast it was more than adequate.

Initially, there was a smell in the room, but it dissipated quickly. The water temperature in the shower only got to luke warm, so showers were very quick.

The pool was not heated. The pool was a big draw as to why I chose this hotel. Also some of the towels were wet when we checked into the room, I assume housekeeping used the to dry the floor with them? I discovered that the shower curtain rod mount was broke, which meant the shower curtain had no was of closing while we used it to shower.
