All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely book this hotel again during our trips to Michigan.

We left before breakfast was available in order to be on time for an early flight. Would have been nice if we could have grabbed a coffee, tea or bottle of water from the breakfast area even though we could not be there for breakfast.

It was beautiful hotel. We were going to stay and use the pool after I dropped my mother to the airport at 4 am, but a snowstorm was moving in so we headed back north around 9 after I got a quick power nap.

The cable wasn't working at the time. But front desk explain that it was due to renovations. That's fine. The place was so clean you could hardly tell there was renovations going on

I liked that i got in right away.

I didn't like that they tried to get me to pay twice for my stay. I payed through booking.com and it showed paid and they said I didn't. Then the person across the hall was what sounded like beating her kids. The front desk had to come up and tell them to stop.

Rooms were clean, breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Also had a good area for parking our camper while we stayed

Had a mix up with the security deposit but the owner called us after the stay and personally made it right. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again

The breakfast n/a our first morning. 2nd morning it was sparse but only one lady working at it. She was doing her best. Room clean and nicely appointed.

the outside rear doors were not locked at dark and it appeared people were staying in the rear lot. Additionally we did not received our breakfast voucher and were advised to “take it up” with Booking. com

Was quiet. And a hot breakfast on site is good. Pet friendly, for a fee.

Toilet needs a good scrubbing to remove rust stains. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Fortunately they have one in the lobby by the coffee.

Price said 89, but got charged 197. Room smelled like the last guest when I stepped in

Location was good. I had a pool side room. Staff was wonderful. I was greeted when I arrived. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was above average.

Nice and location

There were like 10 people in the hot tub with a bunch of kids screaming and yelling. Could not even get in hot tub so loud I we had to leave
