From the main entrance there were two employees outside . I believe on their way back in and the welcome was very nice. The staff from the front desk to the maids were super nice. We felt very safe and secure there. Was in town for a funeral and to have perfect strangers meeting you with a warm smile really helped my family a lot. We will use this hotel and location for any of our future stays.

I was there for a business conference. We conducted are our business in the conference room. I had no need to use the Business Center. The staff I encountered were polite and courteous. Room was comfortable, although the beds were high, I at 6'3" could not sit on the edge and still have my feet on the floor.

There was only one of two elevators working. The on premise Restaurant was closed.

The room was gorgeous and everything was so clean, the premises itself was well kept, the decor was so pretty, and the staff at the front desk are special people. Tony and Amara really took care of me during a personally difficult time and made it a lot less stressful for me, and it means so much. I’ll def be back

It was spacious and close to the main strip and food restaurants close to family and church very clean indoor pool the people at the desk where very friendly lobby very clean big lots of seating

The Breakfast wasn’t good not enough variety or choices the game room wasn’t finished

That the room was so big. Bed was comfortable. It was clean, and we had a ice maker on our floor. And it was so quiet at night.

The shower curtain was on back wards, and broken. And a handle to one of the doors was off. So that is all on the maintenance person. They just need to step up their game in that aspect.

Staff were very helpful and nice although I arrived really late at night due to flight delays. Hotel lobby is really nice enjoyed the massage chairs and room is clean and good size.

There needs to be long mirror in the room and needs to be more covers because the sheets were very light and we got cold

The room, It had two queen beds, which was fine ,but, one of the beds looked as if it wasn't made, I started to take a picture to show the front desk but didn't, also, the shower had a very slow drain, which allowed water to pool around my ankles, which made a less then desirable shower.

It’s nice and it’s very clean

While I love the idea of housekeeping done by request, they need a better system for it. I asked for it at least 4 times during my stay and every time I asked housekeeping, my room wasn’t on their list

All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely book this hotel again during our trips to Michigan.

We left before breakfast was available in order to be on time for an early flight. Would have been nice if we could have grabbed a coffee, tea or bottle of water from the breakfast area even though we could not be there for breakfast.

It was beautiful hotel. We were going to stay and use the pool after I dropped my mother to the airport at 4 am, but a snowstorm was moving in so we headed back north around 9 after I got a quick power nap.

The cable wasn't working at the time. But front desk explain that it was due to renovations. That's fine. The place was so clean you could hardly tell there was renovations going on
