Location and set-up of hotel are good with rooms being very nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great helpful staff. Free parking at hotel.

No lift to first floor but steps were fine for us. Booked a double bed and found two single beds next to each other that easily moved and separated, and also hard pillows which had no other soft pillows to replace. Takes too long to get the hot water, so pitty for the wasted cold water till hot water arrives at shower.

We were worried that the beach and ocean area would be too small, but they were perfect for our family. The umbrella area was never full, and the water - enclosed by rocks - was big enough for everyone to swim, but we could easily pick out our three daughters at all times. The facilities were not top rate, but they had a real charm and really felt like our home. The food was excellent!

The bathrooms at the private beach were terrible. Very far from the swimming area, and when the sun was shining it was 45 degrees in there.

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place near the airport and the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto, with its wild beaches. The room was clean and comfortable, incl. a safety box and a nice terrace where I was able to practice yoga every morning facing the sea! The swimming pool area is in great condition and perfect to chill in the afternoon after an active day. The food buffet was good and the staff are lovely. They also have at disposal bikes to explore the area, but make sure you contact them in advance so you have them ready on arrival.

Due to the weather the previous days, the beach area was not ready, and I was not able to enjoy this service. However, since I borrowed a bike from the hotel, I was able to go to a small, lovely beach called Caletta Caretta near the turtle center. The staff also offered free transfers to visit nearby cities to compensate, a very nice gesture. Be mindful that you will need a swimming cap to go in the pool, it seems to be a recently implemented norm.

Nice location and great animation team, especially for my 9yr old daughter. The people in the bar was also great.

The bathroom in the room could be better mantained. The waiters (the ones walking the tables) in the restaurant were always with a rough face (as opposed to every other people in the hotel or the region)

Very nice hotel, peaceful environment and friendly personal. Swimming pool with music was great, the room is comfortable and it is great to have a balcony. Restaurant was ok. Great animation team.

Not everybody speaks english if you're not italian. Not really a great beach to bathe, a lot of rocks. The airport transfer is a plus, but you have to add 120€ to your stay.

The staff: they work as a family and there is a personal care for all customers, from the receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant, the cooks, the entertainers, drivers, the ladies preparing you the rooms. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and spotless. The position is outstanding with a close by beach and a shuttle service that brings you in a stunning natural reserve with trails, beaches and rocky shores. We love doing snorkeling and it was like to swim in an aquarium. Free shuttle also to the magic town of Ostuni: a must. The restaurant offers every night a wide selections of appetizers, pastas and main courses with fish or meat and free water and wine. We found the pasta outstanding

The music was too loud and entertainment lasted until midnight. We preferred to keep the windows open (they have a thin nets against mosquitoes) and not having air conditioning but it was not possible to sleep before 24.00 h. Our room unfortunately was closed to the pool where all activities were running. We tried to change the room but without success Please decrease the decibel. Not need to have that range of noise! The restaurant was very crowded and even though everyone inside used a mask there were too many people at once. Perhaps it requires a makeshift but there is not enough space to enlarge it

The staff are amazing and friendly. Close to the beach and the excursions on offer are great.
