Facilites and ample room (it was a first floor for disabled guests). A friend couple had a 4th floor room smaller and a third couple had the same floor with larger dimensions. Shower space was small and uncomfortable in 2 of the 3 rooms. So be specific about it if it matters to you. In general very good hotel. The third floor terrace with spectacular view all the way to the sea. Distance to historic center within 15 minute walk. Great parking very convenient. Staff outstanding very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with a large variety of foods for all tastes and choices.

The location is excellent very near Centro Historico of Ostuni and with good public transport access. The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was excellent with plenty variety and all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The public areas are well gurnished and very airy.

Did not find anything to be disliked in tis hotel. One small suggestion however would be that, given the large nos of big corridor windows on bedroom corridors, these windows emit alot of heat in the very hot afternoon sun making it very stifling and airless. This can easily addressed by curtains that would block out the heat as it was approaching 40 degrees during our stay. The bedrooms thenselves, and the entire property itsef enjoys good airconditioning to be clear.

Overall we had an excellent stay at this hotel . Staff were very friendly, beds are comfortable and very good breakfast with a large variety of fresh fruits , daily baked cakes and friendly staff, our special thanks goes to Sonia for her kindness and availability to meet our breakfast requests. We have had dined at the hotel restaurant where we met a relaxing ambience with friendly staff , Viviana was extremely kind and knowledgeable when pairing wines to the main meals.

Parking is easy, free, and outside the ZTL zone of Ostuni. The hotel room itself has all the modern amenities and had room service everyday. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff downstairs were very accommodating for food allergies. The bar terrace has nice views but is expensive.

Keep in mind the property is outside of Ostuni, not downtown: you need to walk about 15 minutes to get into the city center. Some traffic noise. No view from the room, window just looked at a concrete building.

Very polite and friendly receptionists! The room was clean and spacious. The bed big and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious!! The free parking of the hotel is right opposite the hotel and this was a plus as parking is not easy in the area. Walking distance around 10 minutes from the historic center.

At the breakfast we wanted to order extra a cappuccino as we do not prefer the one provided from the machine but we were told that this was not possible..it is something really minor though

Clean and spacious rooms. Location is very good just 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Huge advantage the free private parking next to the hotel. Friendly staff.

I had to call the reception to open the aircondition for the first time (!) and even then the aircondition wasn’t working well in room 416. Airconditioning was closed in the breakfast room and reception. The babycot in the room should be available for free.

The location was great. It is just a short walk in to the old town of Ostuni. I stayed there for 8 nights as I also did a 5 day tour with a local guide and I used this hotel as my base. The room was nice and spacious and I had a view looking towards the old town which was lovely, especially at night when it was all lit up. The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace/restaurant which had very nice meals and the staff there are fabulous. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of hot & cold foods. Travelling solo, I felt very safe walking in to the town in the day and also at night where there are many restaurants and shops. All the staff at the hotel were so welcoming, friendly & helpful.

We had a fabulous stay at the Hotel Monte Sarago. We actually ended up staying in the self-catering villas (part of the hotel company that must be booked separately). We had originally booked the hotel because we thought there was a pool so that staff at reception kindly upgraded us to the villas. We stayed for 10 days in Ostuni. The hotel and villas are located just a short walk from the centre and so they are also very quiet and peaceful at night and during the day which was ideal for us. The pool was a welcome bonus during the heat of summer. It was overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend the villas for a longer stay and the hotel for a shorter stay. Lots of beaches in the area that must be reached by car. And the supermarket was also just a short drive away. We also didnt have any issue with mosquitoes because the villas all had nets in the windows which was a huge plus for me! I also particularly loved the rooftop terrace bar with delicious cocktails and drinks in the evening to watch the sunset. Lastly, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Can't think of much at all! The self-catering apartments were very clean but there was very little in the line of cleaning products so we had to purchase them. We figured that was just a health and safety precaution for families with children. The breakfast was also delicious in the hotel but the room was quite warm and stuffy so not the most comfortable room to sit in.

Twin room was reasonably spacious Bathroom good and clean Roof top restaurant nice area Breakfast room and buffet good. Most staff er very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely clean hotel that was only a short stroll into the old city of Ostuni, and had easy access to head off to other nearby towns. We walked into the old town most nights for dinner so a great location. Excellent roof top bar and restaurant that overlooks the old town. Our room also had a balcony that overlooked the Old Town so we enjoyed having this extra space to relax with a few drinks. Convenient large secure car park opposite the hotel which was free for guests to use. We made use of the day spa which included massage pools, saunas, cold and hot jets and relaxing lounges all in a private setting. Breakfast was very good. Assistance from the check in staff was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.
