What a lovely welcome as soon as we walked through the door. The room was very clean and suitable for our needs of a family of 4 travelling through for the night. We were impressed with the amount of power points allocated to each bed area! As we have teenage children, finding charging ports for all technology is always a struggle, but not this time! Oh my goodness, the beds were the comfiest we have slept on in a long time. The included breakfast in our room hire was excellent. Such variety. We will definitely be back early next year. Accommodation and town were truly exceptional.

We only stayed for 1 night. Looking back, we should have booked more time here. Even the kids thought so.

This Motel was very clean and tidy. Even though situated right on the busy New England Highway the room was very quiet. It was pouring with rain when we arrived but there was plenty of shelter outside the unit so as not to get wet unloading the car. The bed was really comfortable. Even though breakfast was included in the price we left before it was available. There was a detailed booklet about the Motel and the services available in the Glen Innes area.

The tiles in the bathroom became very slippery after a shower. People would have to be mindful of this.

Tastefully decorated room with all the facilities that you need. Microwave, electric jug, cutlery and crockery. Well laid out ensuite at the back of the room. Comfortable bed. Nice thick curtains on the windows. Undercover parking outside the room. Excellent lighting including lights in the ceiling above the bed for reading that were much better than any bedside lamps. Take your pick between using the electric blanket or putting the spare blanket on top of the bed. Lovely friendly helpful owners. And the very reasonable price includes a buffet breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and toast in the breakfast room. Would be happy to stay here again.

Lighting in the breakfast room not as good as lighting in the room.

From check-in we found the motel to be a clean, convenient and a welcoming place to stay. Our room was located at the back of the property, so no trouble with traffic noise. Good provision of crockery and cutlery meant we could heat 'n eat meals in the microwave. The breakfast room was a welcome addition and provided a very good choice of cereals/toast/yoghurt and fresh fruit, along with juices, tea and coffee.

Everything was fine.

There is a lot of attention to detail with these rooms, compared to the bigger chain hotels we stayed at during this roadtrip this was a lovely and welcoming experience. The rooms we had had a small (well looked after) amount of crockery and cutlery to use with the microwaves, and we were impressed to have a tea towel available to us which is typically not included in the bigger chain hotels. All manchester was beautifully maintained as well. Thanks for having us!

Everything was great, no dislikes.

We booked a budget room as we were just sleeping there, I admit my expectations were not high as the price had been cheap. But we were pleasantly surprised. Nice room even a jug of cold water in the fridge. Not huge but ideal for our purpose. Breakfast next morning was very excellent and L included in the price. Friendly helpful service. What r could you add for. Very good experience

We had to travel last minute to visit family and i just booked the night before our stay, the room was lovely and bright with a modern bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was a lovely touch which was served in a stunning older style room, it was extremely clean and inviting. The owners/hosts are a lovely couple and nothing was a problem for them, Tamara even helped me navigate my way home after the cyclone hit, we would definitely stay again. :)

No problem with Checking in. Will take cash 😁. Expecting room to be noisy being on Highway but was surprised by how quiet it was. Internet works fine. Older and basic, but clean and tidy. Unfortunately can’t comment on breakfast as I had a very early start. Had all basic needs if you wished to provide your own breakfast. EG: Microwave, Toaster, Jug , Tea/coffee and plates/cutlery. Very good value for money.

Could not get free to air TV to work. Maybe just me?

Thanks Tamara I really enjoyed my stay here and any time I come up the New England again I will always make Glen Innes a stop. The room was really good. I loved how there was a jug of water in the fridge and also biscuits for my cuppa. The breakfast bar was really good basics such as fruit, cereal, toast and yogurt. I also loved the easy to use free laundry with clothesline & dryer. The staff so friendly and I can tell the place despite aging in some aspects is cleaned and maintained daily. Another great feature was the complimentary Stan as I got to watch Dawn of the Dolphins once again :)

Loved it all

Room, Bed, Fridge, Microwave, Basic Cutlery & Dishes. Liked the Fridge being cold when we arrived. Liked also the extra blankets, pillows, ironing board etc. You care about your Guests !! The shower was hot and had a safety bar for stability. Many,many other accommodations treat their guests not AS WELL AS YOU DO ! The Breakfast was SUPERB - brewed coffee just like I do at home, plenty of cereals to choose from and healthy fruits and juices. Will be back again !

The dispenser for the Nutragrain was not working but this written as I could not inform you before I left.
