Much more than meets the eye. The philosophy of the owners is heartwarming. I won't go into details but as a veteran one of your posters on the tables in the pub really resonated with me. Even if you don't plan on staying in the accommodation I would highly recommend stopping in the adjoining pub for a meal or a beer. Its not called the Top Pub for no reason. The staff here are outstanding. The friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. They say still waters run deep. So in a place called Deepwater....... Do yourself a favour. Also the pumpkin soup was amazing.

The downside of being so accessible to travelers is its closeness to the New England highway. I'm not a light sleeper but those who are might need to take precautionary measures.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful - very accommodating with dietary requirements. Rooms basics but clean and very comfortable. Looks could be deceiving - it’s a great hotel - very hospitable. Family bakery and fresh fruit/veg down the road amazing too.

The trucks through the night, but not hotels fault, and a noise I’m just not used too!

All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly - they really made us feel welcome even though it was busy. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the food was good, and the atmosphere even better. A short walk to the river and to the local craft brewery, Deepwater brewing. A very relaxed and peaceful visit!

Was clean and a super comfy bed. There were meals and coffee at the attached pub if you wanted them. Value for money. Overall was very good for rooms next to the pub. Just be aware there is no air conditioning, just a stand fan and extra blankets. Fine by me, but the weather was mild.

There was a little confusion, as the room we had booked had not been cleaned. Luckily there was another room available, and we were given that one for the 2 nights instead.

The hotel owners are amazing and so kind, on arrival we were greeted by the owners and asked if we needed anything .We both had cappuccino that was perfect .Anyone wanting to stay here will be very happy, bed is so comfortable and the stay is highly recommend to everyone.

Quiet area at night. It was our halfway point on a long drive. Good to sleep. Bed was comfy. They sell coffee in the bar attached

No aircon but there was an oil heater and a fan. Very basic room for the price. Not enough milk to make 2 cuppas in the morning.

Good clean modern hotel, very friendly staff will bend over backwards for you. Comfy beds. Not what you would expect in such a remote location.. I'm Very a Happy Customer!

Nothing negative to say, the stay exceeded my expectations.

Meal at the hotel was very good and convenient. Dog was allowed inside hotel; bonus in cold weather.

Remote control from TV was missing.

The staff here are fantastic.The adjoining pub is really good.

It is close to the highway. Book a room away from the road.
