Room was exactly as the photos said and described. For the price we paid, it was all we needed for the night to sleep and have a shower. Bed was comfy, check in quick and easy, parking right in front of the room and it was an easy 10min walk into town to where we needed to be. Restaurant (steakhouse) on site is a huge bonus and the food was excellent, best Bruschetta I had in a long time - everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good valued and comfy room in Glen Innes.

the noise coming from the pipes, when someone is having a shower or uses the toilet was very noisy, but only happened in the morning so didn't affect us during the night, but is probably something that needs fixing sometime in the future. Nevertheless, we had a great stay.

Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Facilities in the room were suitable for heating food in microwave and basic tea/coffee making. Location was great and easy to find on the first day. Pool looked lovely but the weather was too cool to use it.

Shower was tricky to get to right temperature. Curtains let in a lot of light at night, particularly with motel lighting directly outside of sleeping area. The fridge seemed to be permanently on freezer setting. All my liquids froze, even with the setting down on 1. This made it difficult for coffee and cereal in the morning.

A very clean, quite room at the back of the complex. While we could still hear the trucks flying past, they did not keep us awake. The room offered a lounge as well as a dining table and chairs. Bonus of a toaster as well as a kettle, was a win. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Only a small issue with the wall lighting being very bright, including the ones over the bed but easy enough to just use the light over the TV.

It was a great location everything clean the lady who checked us in was very friendly and told us about the restaurant on site the steak house. And booked us in

The bed was right up against the wall so was lucky I was on the slim side to be able to get out of bed instead of climbing over my hubby and also electric blanket was also a bit of a challenge to turn on

Everything was great although the bed was a bit too hard. The staff were lovely and friendly. We checked out early, around 6am and while having breakfast at cafe in town, I realised I'd left my phone in the room and locked the door on the way out. I called at 7:30 and the gentleman was very friendly and quite happily opened the room for me. very impressed with the staff.:)

The staff were very helpful and friendly . Rest point is accepting towards letting children stay and that is how parents would like to feel. I would. Recommend to all..the executive suite it's mpk spacious , clean comfortable.better than ALL the other options in the town as I've stayed at most and has👍 a clean pool

Not a criticism of the motel but the neighbours left at 5 am and while this would normally be a minor disturbance they decided to warm their car up for 15 mins beforehand. If there was someway that early leavers could nominate when booking and get placed away from those who wanted the sleep it would be great.

Nice hot shower. Reasonable bed. Friendly staff. Just an overnight stay.

This was a detour stop due to intense weather/ flooding in other areas. It’s situated near a roundabout, on the main road, so all the trucks using this important detour went by, all night. No fault of the motel, but I didn’t sleep very well.

The property is well maintained and clean, and it is good value for money. It is not a brand new motel but an attractive and quiet place to stay. The staff are exceptional ,we would stay again. The steakhouse served a good steak, with friendly staff. Glen Innes is a lovely town.

Welcoming, friendly & accommodating staff. The room was spacious & extremely comfortable, especially our bed! We also really appreciated the room being warmed up prior to our arrival after a very long drive up from Sydney. Loved the restaurant too - our dinner was delicious.
