Attention to detail was excellent - from a phone call checking if we were ok (as we hadn’t arrived by the selected time), the lights and heating in the room had been turned on in anticipation of our arrival and an adequate continental breakfast (included in the price) was also in the room. As well as an electric blanket on the bed!!!!

This property could do with some updating but was still very comfortable for an overnight stay

Room size was reasonable. Clean

1st thing I wanted was coffee and shower after riding in rain all day. Owner took 20min to bring milk even after going back to office to ask again. (I would have been happy to carry it to unit myself) So couldn't do either knowing he was coming with milk. Breakfast is choice of cereal and comes with toast packet butter and jam only too bad if you want something else on toast. Also one of the butter sachet had old discoloured butter maybe could have used it but didn't want to risk it. The view sitting outside the unit was owners personal caravan with bunch of misc junk around it. Not as per photos in marketing.

Staff were brilliant, great view from window, large room , great shower

No instructions whatsoever and all the microwave, tv and air conditioner all had hidden main switches in different places The lovely lady on reception was great, but it was annoying to have to ring her 3 different times for assistance when a guest folder would have solved the problem. Bed was too firm for us Not too many places open in Tenterfield to eat on a Monday night and one Chinese takeaway was cash only( not for us!)

The room was clean and tidy. All amenities were available (tea making, microwave, TV, aircon etc). I particularly liked the continental breakfast...this is the first time I have had this included in any motel cost for many years and venues.

Room decor was somewhat dated, Whilst they were comfortable it was showing it's age. Also there is a large pothole developing on the entry driveway, which was a bit concerning.

This Motor Inn is dated and the decor is getting on but the Room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Motel Managers were your typical Australian country friendly and inviting folk, they even offered to drive me to my dinner reservation down town. I have stayed in state of the art Hotels all over Australia and their room cleanliness was no where near on par. The free continental breakfast was a fantastic edition and was enough to keep me driving until lunchtime.

There is nothing not to like, great value for money in a beautiful part of Australia.

The owner/manager, Steve was very welcoming and friendly. Upgraded me to a quiet room without any additional charge, as I wanted a good night's rest. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and tidy. The room was very spacious and had a good wall mounted TV, Air conditioner, Microwave oven and Tea/coffee-making facilities.

The continental breakfast included in the booking could have had a bit more choice and variety. Furthermore, the light in the bathroom kept turning off after a while due to the sensor not picking up any movement, but was not a major issue.

It was a good overnight stay. Good space nice to have a lounge to watch tv from. Continental breakfast was delived to room night before able to have extra early in morning. Table and chairs to sit at. . Place could do with a bit of TCL but was clean. Extra blankets would be nice so that could turn Off air con.on cold night. Yes would stay there again.

Main bed a bit hard Shower tiles need replacing. Was clean just damaged.

The unit was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great, we had a nice view of the paddock, and surrounding hills. A simple but very appreciated complementary breakfast was delivered the night before. overall, very good value for money. In the heart of town but also very quiet as it’s set back from the street.

Nothing, it was great

The motel was easy to find being on the main street of Tenterfield, a little walk from the main shopping area. Breakfast is a very basic continental breakfast served on a tray the night before so if you need to leave early you can at least have something to eat before you head out.

Car parking is a little tight for a big 4WD car

Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, good heating for winter time.

The laundry area was being used during the night so it was noisy being next door to it, the bottom sheet had a few brown spots, breakfast was left on room desk the night before so the milk was left out in small jugs for an unknown time while we were out.
