On-site manager was fantastic, all of the facilities were great. Each unit had a lot of thought go into what was provided and things that we could need were all covered eg: extra blankets, good amount of crockery and cutlery and cooking/baking items. Having a full sized fridge in our unit was fantastic. The kids had an absolute blast with so much to do they didn't want to leave to go site seeing and were happy to stay and play around with the other kids. Nothing was a hassle for on-site manager who went absolutely above and beyond for us. Highly highly recommend. We'd love to go back.

Rural landscape, location, roomy, facilities great. Value for money. Only 750m from city centre

Air con (heat) wasn't working. They did put in a heater in the room which helped but didn't warm the room as good as air con. But they did do something to help which I appreciated. Water leak in bathroom and shower was hard to get right temperature either boiling or cool. My partner was on crutches so had to be careful when going into bathroom due to leaking water on the floor

Great large space to roam around and play games with the family or just relax. Cabin/cottage was large as well, 2 rooms, great kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and tidy, and they are doing a lot to refresh each cabin. Close to town and anything you want to do in stanthorpe. Pet friendly and our dog loved it as well.

Not a negative but being dog friendly having a little fenced area at the back of each cabin when you exit the bathroom would be so handy to let them out to pee and stuff. Just a thought.

I unfortunately thought I had booked the cottage but when I arrived I found it was a room with 3 beds in it. I was so mad with myself because we really wanted a cottage. The manager explained that they were all booked out and had no other rooms to give us. But he said he had a cottage that was being done up, I said we would take it. So off we went to dinner came back and our cottage was perfect. The manager and his wife went over and beyond to help us out.

We loved it all

We had a conjoined room which was great for our family with two bathrooms and toilets. No lineups ,plenty of comfortable beds to choose from and two tvs . Great to separate oldies from the kids ,but in close contact,with open door. 👍 Although a little dated,was very clean,warm and comfortable. Very quiet location,nice surroundings.Ground level.

Everything, check in and check out was so easy and everything was lovely, including the hosts at reception. the family unit number 7 was so spacious and so clean, the beds were ready and heated with electric blankets. The fire was ready. It is so easy to leave and get on the main Highway south or north, I will gladly recommend this property to anyone especially if you have a dog. Kindest regards Jan Dawson

Absolutely NOTHING was wrong with any part of my stay at this wonderful property.

It was nice to have the fireplace in the cottage. Good setup with all of the comforts of home.

That the fireplace was the only source of heat for the whole room. You can’t keep the fire going all night without having to wake thru the night. Even a small heater for the bedroom would be handy. Bathroom/laundry was freezing at all times of day.

The property is wonderful, kept toasty with woodfire. Managers were warm and welcoming and went over and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay even ensuring wood was delivered for outside fire as it was cold. The little touches like, decor, welcome message and complimentary apples was a delight. Loved the outside furniture under patio. Only booked initially for 1 night but extended as we loved it that much. Close to town, rsl and main street.

I liked the kitchen with a complete set of utensils! all needed for cooking. Everything was easy access. It is incredible how good it makes you feel to be like at home when you open the cupboard and you find what you need. The nice gardens and flowers everywhere. Also loved the chiminea and having access to logs to use. All the staff were very friendly.

We had all the facilities of home, including a wood heater with a supply of firewood just outside the door. The gardens were beautiful and they had outdoor games such as chess for everyone to enjoy. My kids kept asking if we could stay permanently!

I couldn't find a broom to help tidy up the cabin and the hot water took a little while to come through.
