Great to have a motel style room that had the functionality of an apartment. Small size, with 2 bedrooms. Had bowls, cups, plates and cutlery and washing up items which was great. Air con worked well, but only required it once as the room is well insulated from weather and noise. Great to have a restaurant connected (Steak House) which you could get room service. Our steak was beautiful and only waited 15 minutes for it to be delivered fresh and hot.

There's no couch to watch tv, but did have a dining table, so I guess it's what's important to you. Nan would have preferred a couch to relax, I would prefer the dining table. The tap did drip if not turned off properly which was easy for me, but not so easy for my 83 year old Nan. One of the lamps wasn't plugged in and wouldn't reach a power point if it did. Beds were fairly comfortable but a little hard on the hips.

The room was clean with crisp fresh linen, good amount of space, with a table and chairs. The bathroom although a bit dated; it was clean and the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. It was cold during our stay and the reverse cycle air conditioning worked well. There is a restaurant attached it has a nice ambience with an open fire place and seating if your are just looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind with a beverage. The food was good and the staff were excellent - book ahead as it is quite popular.

I don't have any negative comments, it is a budget friendly motel and the room met all my expectations within that price bracket.

High Street Motor Inn is highly convenient and a short drive to Stanthorpe's local shops, restaurants and point of interests. It also offers a covered area for parking and the rooms are comfortable for short stays. We booked a two-bedroom apartment and it sure is just the right size to fit a family of 4 (two children under the aged of 5). There's a mini kitchenette and some white good appliances, and it was sufficient for our overnight stay. The towels are huge - and it came with complete toiletries. We also ordered room service from the restaurant attached to the inn and it sure was a delight, and there was no room charge for the service - what a bonus! Thank you! Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.

Everything we had for Breakfast was lovely and fresh and our dinner 🍽 on Saturday night at the Steakhouse was absolutely 💯 Yummy 😋 and the staff were fantastic also Alan who made my Cocktail also Kylie who was so friendly and helpful, we all had a wonderful 3 days. 👍

I liked that the facilities were well maintained and that there was a stake house right next door. the parking was good and the staff were helpful.

need to have allocated parking per room maybe have a pool built where the courtyard is as summer can get awfully hot.

Nose in parking to keep exhaust from blowing into the rooms. Although one person didnt understand why that was the rule :)

No security screens fitted to the main window so didnt want to sleep with it open. Id prefer to have parking dedicated to the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at High Street! Our room was spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and warm, and the shower was hot with great The kids were delighted that we got a top-up of biscuits every day 😀 Owners are lovely - very friendly and kind

Reasonably basic accommodation and a little on the tired side but the unit was spotlessly clean and had everything that you needed, including crockery and cutlery in the kitchenette, and the beds were very comfy. Parking was easy and the steak restaurant next door was fantastic. Not within walking distance of the town's main street but not a problem if you have a car. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wi-Fi was ADSL so was too slow to use, unfortunately.

Nice and comfortable motor inn in an excellent location. The steakhouse next door is part of the motor inn but you don't have to be a guest to eat there. Excellent meals, and our steaks were cooked to perfection, just the way we liked them.

The booking process! A friend booked for the same night directly with the Motel. I booked later, and paid approx $25 more. Then found I had been booked for more than the already quoted price! Traps for oldies!
