Location was perfect. Not far out of town, situated on dam with beautiful views. Outside fire pit and veranda. Easy to drive to Girraween National Park. Very Clean. Cosy fireplace with wood provided. Nice and warm inside (despite -3 overnight temps). Kids enjoyed spot lighting with lots of possums and rabbits to find. They were also excited to experience the cold and frost. Wished we could have stayed longer with so much in the region to do. RSL is a must for good value meals.
Honestly was pretty fantastic. Only suggest (for the price) it would be nice to have kitchen stocked with a few more basics. (Salt/Pepper/ oven trays etc)

The cabins were spacious and very clean. Loved the location as it is right on the water's edge of the dam. I liked that the cabins weren't too close to each other, and they were positioned at angles that you're not looking into each other's windows. The fire kept us warm day and night. It was so nice that we didn't need to worry about wood for the fire either. We liked it was away from the Town but only 10 minutes away if we needed it and it was central around lots of National Parks for walks.
The weather:)

I needed the two nights break, and the "tiny away " cabin, self catered, was all, and more than I needed. So well insulatd that, though the temperature outside at dawn, was in the single digits, the cabin was still cosy. Only a short stroll to the water. Pippa was friendly and helpful., so. All told, a beautiful couple of days.
Nothing could be improved upon.

Absolutely loved this place. Everything I needed was there. Staff super friendly. Perfect amount of firewood was supplied to keep the fire going 24/7 for 3 nights. The beds were like clouds. Spa perfect size. Peaceful and quiet. I will definitely be back 👌🏾
Only thing was no internet or reception, but that's also not a bad thing.

Our cabin was spacious. Perfect for our family of 4. The views were amazing. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed a fire pit in the evening. Perfect for stargazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well maintained and we had everything we needed in the cabin. Would definitely recommend and would return. Mobile coverage was patchy but it was nice to disconnect. Loved our two nights here.
No sharp knives!

The unit was located right next to the dam with a beautiful view. It was well equipped and had a fire place which we needed. The kids had space to explore. There even was a pool.

Loved this beautiful accommodation! The cabins were right near the water and the landscape was super serene. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. It was also really lovely to have a fireplace and that the firewood was ready to go! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!
The only thing that would have made our stay a little more comfortable would be heaters in the spare rooms during winter as it was very cold overnight.
