The location is amazing. It is a short drive to the town centre and a 30-minute ride to the Girraween National Park. The villa was in spectacular condition and you get your own private deck facing a bush area where you can enjoy a meal or a cup of tea in tranquility. The host is absolutely amazing and helpful. She came out to greet me as I arrived quite late in the dark and we shared a little chat when I was leaving when she recommended some more hiking trails around the area. Highly recommended!

The elevated studio offered an out-of-town escape, located with other separate accommodation, on hectares, and it delivered! As did the friendly onsite management. The studio was spacious and comfortable without being glamorous. Supplied kindling and firewood was a nice touch for the efficient heater (which we used the first night; the other evenings being a little warmer). The separate hut for more reliable Wi-Fi worked well and was setup nicely. After some rain, we walked the on-site bush walks the following day with no problems, which was the icing on the cake. Kangaroos? Tick.

Not a major issue, however from the driveway to the accommodation requires negotiating some rocks and pebbles, so caution is needed, particularly when damp. Not a game changer - just reason to be aware.

Loved the setting, the villa. The little touches like milk and apple juice in the fridge. The bags of muesli and the teas. Lovely shower. Super comfy bed. Huge range of DVDs. Fab walks around the villa. Only a 10 min drive to Stanthorpe with a very handy cab driver who knows the place well.

Unfortunately the WIFI is very patchy. If you have Telstra you will have 1 bar. That being said if you need to disconnect and recharge it’s perfect!

We had a ladies weekend here and it was the perfect getaway with a relaxing bush vibe while still being close enough to town & wineries. The villa was clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The walk to the lookout was easy with rest spots along the way and the view spectacular. The owner was efficient in communication and even checked in to make sure we were travelling safe as we arrived late. We definitely recommend staying here.

The cabins are well sited within the rocky foothills with surrounding bush, but only a short drive to Stanthorpe, wineries, and National Park. Our delightful host Nicci ensured a top-notch stay at 31 The Rocks, and provided great recommendations on dining and local events. A most enjoyable stay at 31 The Rocks!!

It was such a lovely peaceful stay the surroundings were wonderful air crip and clean to breathe in the wood fire so charming and comforting I wish i could have stayed longer. The cleanliness and furnishings spot on. I was very impressed with the signage when driving there as I travelled at night and the markings to find the place were well marked and easy to follow.

If i had any complaint it would be the bed was a little firm for me, but it didn't cause any serious discomfort.

Nice touch to have milk and juice provided. The coffee bags were interesting but tasted pretty good once made. Rain shower was lovely and water temp was perfect. Very handy position for exploring the region.very comfortable

Extremely poor wifi in the villa which was disappointing as moving from a cosy room up to a guest lounge in the evening after dark for some connectivity really not desirable. Suggest the shower really needs a door to stop water spray wetting the floor.

What a gorgeous property. A 5 minute drive from the main town. Peaceful and quiet. Our accommodation was lovely and it had all the little extras including juice, cereal, milk, good quality tea and coffee bags. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a short walk on the property that has amazing views of the sunset!! A great weekend getaway and would highly recommend.

There is nothing I didn't like about staying here.

Fantastic area, quiet and very comfortable. Loved being in amongst the Stanthorpe countryside. Could hear the birds in the morning and even had a kangaroo visit. Was well setup and we enjoyed the walks around the area.

The breakfast voucher was not really useful as it was for a bakery that does not have anything suitable for breakfast. A hamper was promised but has been replaced with a voucher. Not a great option.

Convenient location close to Stanthorpe, clean, new furniture, comfortable bed and loved the log burner

Villa 2 is probably the worst villa as veranda overlooks the main driveway and another driveway on the right. No coffee maker (a cheap $69 pod coffee machine would have been nice) Very poor wifi, which is annoying when looking for things to do in the area
